Unprofessional and Insensitive Delivery Behaviour
Here's a polished version of your review: The product is absolutely fine, and I have no complaints about its quality. However, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. The delivery agent was very rude and behaved unprofessionally. Despite heavy rain, he simply threw the package outside the house instead of handing it over properly. I was not at home at the time, and only an octogenarian family member was present. Even after being informed about this, he refused to cooperate, forcing the elderly person to come out in the rain, which could have resulted in a serious accident. Such irresponsible and insensitive behaviour is completely unacceptable.
