This is just so good, real honey the way I remember it from when my cousin had bee hives when I was a child. This particular version of Black Bee’s honey has a very thick almost crunchy texture and a really robust flavour that stays in your senses for a good few minutes after you’ve indulged yourself. I’ve tried five of their honeys to date and have to say this still stands as my favourite. It has a definite nod towards the taste of manuka in my opinion and I love it, so now have it on subscription. The Black Bee honey story of how it all began is on YouTube if anyone is curious. I doubt very much that I’ll get my indulgence from any other supplier from now on.

Lovely quality tasting honey, a good consistency, has stayed the same consistency as when purchased, smells lovely just like real honey,and its nice it is real honey not altered with any other sugars

This is lovely honey. I would have given it a fiver star review, but the packaging was stinking of essential oil/ incense, it did slightly taint the taste of the honey but not enough to make it inedible as this is a strongly flavoured honey. I would be interested in trying some of the other honeys in the range, as long as they didn't have same problem with packaging.
