Law schools really ought to have more of this type of experiential learning in the 1L contracts class. It'd make things more concrete and actually help develop practical skills. I felt like my 1L contracts class was so incredibly dull and so pedantic that it made what is actually a really interesting topic to me a very boring class to have to take. Teaching with a casebook and then using this as well would've changed everything.
