These are better than anything else we have tried for comfort and proper support for a nephrostomy drainage bag. So glad to have found them. However, after 5 weeks the double seam in the right pocket that holds the nephrostomy bag has become undone. I have skinny legs and drain the bag as needed. So they have not been stressed. We liked the first pair so much we ordered a second pair They have held up and our hopes is that the stitching will hold.

This product has been a huge blessing to me in the midst of a particularly challenging season of life. Never would I have imagined that at my age (mid-30's) would I have a long-term suprapubic catheter but this product has made it more bearable and convenient as I’ve sought to adjust while still maintaining a full schedule. Ordered in a medium for a size 8 woman and they were WAY too small. Have now ordered large in beige and the material is lighter, thinner and stretchier. A much better fit

Perfect fit

The concept of this product is great. The packaging we received and on line description shows angled X shape channels that we thought would work well with an 18 inch tube and leg bag. Unfortunately, the garment we received didn't have the X shaped channels and only really worked for straight down tube placement which left extra tube length to deal with. I don’t know if it was a manufacturing error or not, but I've rated a one because it didn't arrive as advertised and is much less useful in the way it is. If it had matched the diagram, I think it would have been fine.

Pocket for the drainage bag should be on the inside of right or left leg! So it doesn’t. Pull on the drainage tube!!!!!!!

I bought one pair of these awhile back and really loved having them, but I realized I needed another pair. So I bought a second pair and within 2 washes they started to unravel at the waist. The first pair didn’t do this, so I was a little upset. I reached out to have it addressed but it took me directly to the company rather than resolving through Amazon. Somehow I ended up getting an email back from the inventor which is fine, probably not ideal to him though! But he was able to send a new pair, quickly at no cost to me. I am very appreciative and I recommend not only the shorts but the company. They have been very helpful and quick to respond and address the issue.

I have three pair and love them. They have made neph bags much more comfortable to wear and safer. They help you avoid puling the tubes out of your back! due to their design. I also have a colostomy and urostomy that are not impeded by their design.
