After installation it comes out at 35psi and if using the handheld at the same time it drops significantly to just under 25psi. The sellers answer mentions gpm which can certainly affect the pressure but is not pressure it’s volume. **Q: Has anyone received an answer from raindance about locking the hand held in place- it just rotates- anyone know their email address?** A: Well, if the handheld piece is just rotating without stopping... I highly recommend this for purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Functional and attractive at a good price *by T***E on July 22, 2020* Let me start by saying, overall, I love this shower set! I do have a couple of small issues with it, but I think it was a good buy. It is very attractive, but if you're looking for something completely brushed nickel, this may not be the one for you. The back side of the shower head and the hand-held part are brushed nickel, as is the hose. But the "face" of each of the shower heads - which, essentially is the part you see most - is chrome finish. I don't mind it really myself as the overall effect is pretty, and this is in a tub/shower combo with a shower curtain, so it isn't "on display" as it would be in a shower with a glass door, but I paid almost $20 extra for the brushed nickel finish, and if I were to buy it again, I would probably just order the chrome finish and save the money. Installation was very easy and only took a few minutes. I did remove the water regulator, and that was very easy too (I've had some that were nearly impossible to remove, so I was pleasantly surprised with this one!) The main shower head is larger than I expected and gives that sort of "rain shower" effect. I haven't had any problems with water pressure - in fact it's much better than the old shower head I had, but again I did remove the water regulator so that may be a factor. The shower has a myriad of settings, though I confess I pretty much leave it on the same settings all the time, and just switch to the handheld part for cleaning the tub. That brings me to my only other complaint, and that is, the hose for the handheld section is not terribly long. I can use it to clean the far side of the tub though, so it's good for what I purchased it for. But if I were trying to bathe my dog, for example, I think it would be a bit too short.
