I bought this as a straightforward daily multivitamin for men that uses organic whole-food ingredients and aims to support energy and immune health. In daily use the label suggests four tablets per day with or without food. I typically take two with breakfast and two with a mid morning snack, and it easily fits into my routine. These are whole food based vitamins; much better than synthetic vitamins. While the total amount of each vitamin on the label may be less than some of the top synthetic multis, more of this gets absorbed into your body rather than simply passing through. With Pure Synergy Vita-min-herb for men I feel better, sleep better, and know that each tablet is like a small healthy meal in and of itself. I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. Yes they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I think they are worth it! You will too!

These are my favorite vitamins, before I knew about nootropics I was taking these, and all of a sudden I realized I was remembering numbers and names with ease. I recently started buying the vitality for men vitamins, and the balance for women when they were on sale (once we got in our 40s) but personally, these vitamins are so amazing and so pure that I only need to take one a day. To me the only big difference is that these do not have Maca and don’t have methylated B vitamins… but with all the rest of the herbs it does have, I can just take those two supplements separately.

It’s only been few days since I started taking these vitamins but so far I love them and I don’t need a lunch time power nap. Let’s see how it goes in few more days or weeks and I will do an update. UPDATE: received another order today but both glass bottles were broken. Tiny glass shavings were everywhere. Bottles were both wrapped in bubble wrap but no other protection other than cardboard box and a few other items. First time this has happened and I’ve been a regular Synergy vitamin customer for some time now with multiple orders and no damage until now. Amazon customer service was responsive and is working on a refund. Glass is nice versus plastic but this is the downside of using glass bottles.
