Works great with Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless
Needed to replace the stock battery in a Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless that was getting less than 2hrs on a full charge. Highly recommend watching YouTube videos on how to replace this before purchasing. Although the headset's battery is replaceable, the process is not user friendly. The stock battery is glued into place so you'll need something to break the adhesive and pry it out. Two wires had to be reversed as shown in the product photos. There are no included instructions so be sure to check the wires before installing. I used a utility knife to pry up the clips holding the wires in the connector. DO NOT let the wires touch. Wrap the connectors in electrical tape while reversing them. The angle of the female connector made this very difficult to reinstall so I had to bend it slightly to get it to fully insert. A bit of super glue got this to hold in place. Left the headset on for 8 hours straight and it wasn't beeping that the battery was low. Very happy getting another few years out of this headset at a fraction of the cost of tossing it for a new one. Great battery that works as advertised.

Hd to switch red and black wires
I knew it was a possibility on these when ordering, so I wasn't surprised that I had to switch the red and black wires. No big deal, just used a small razor blade to lift the plastic retainer on the tiny plug, slig out the red, did the same for the black and swapped them around. I cannot say battery life is any better as I haven't even had a chance to test it, but the install went fairly quick and the battery works to power up the headphones I installed them in. I wish this had come with some doublesided tape for the install, but I already had my own, so I just used my own tape. I am glad I got this to replace the battery in the headphones, because the one that was in there was not lasting very long at all and had gotten decently swollen. The only daunting task about the install is the extremely thin wires inside the headphones. when doing this install, be sure to be very careful with those. Overall I am very satisfied. if the battery lasts a good amount of time I may choose to upgrade my star rating for now I'm giving it 4 stars because I had to switch the red and black wires around and because it didn't come with any double sided tape considering this is marketed as a replacement for the battery in the headphones I have.

Great replacement battery for Corsair HS70 wireless.
I used this battery as a replacement for a faulty Corsair HS70 wireless. Those are now sold as Corsair he wireless pro. I'm quite unsure about the differences between these generations, but one thing is consistent, their awful battery life. The headset would only work for about 6 hours, which is not the time advertised at all (10+ hours). Moreover, the original battery on the headset stopped working after two years with minimal use. I decided to upgrade the battery and got this one. The battery replacement process was slightly tedious since the previous battery was soldered to the main headset chip. The battery is thick, but it still fits. I even used thick double sided tape in order to secure the battery in place. Anyhow, this battery has been working wonderfully for about a week. The headset can easily last about 10 hours or more. I'd definitely recommend this battery. But make sure you have some previous knowledge or watch some YouTube videos before you change the battery.

Dont buy , wont work
this add was incorrect or confused , it's not 1800Ma , it 1400Ma . Says right on the battery 1400Ma bought this thinking , great,, made so it should fit no problem . WRONG , I had to gut the inner ear plate that fits over the battery , then had to completely remove the plate , this battery is to fat . I also would not recommend the corsair headphones to start with , after learning that the wires are as thin and a human hair and not long enough to lay the ear piece on it's side while replacing the battery , the wire will probably break and most likely will . After replacing by soldering the lead wires and adding some length to them and using a dab of glue to hold the battery in place , the headphones work great. After this , Best idea I had was I bought a pair of Logitech G533 headphone for the foreseeable future as i do not want to go through this again , the batter is a easy replace on them ,

Works with Virtuoso RBG SE headphones
Battery in my Corsair Virtuoso RGB SE headphones wouldnt take a charge anymore. This fixed the headphones. The price was totally worth it to keep these expensive headphones going. Replaced the 1200 mah stock battery with this 1800 mah battery so this lasts longer on a charge. This battery is thicker than the stock battery so it is a snug fit when screwing the speaker plate back down, so be careful, but the tension holds the battery in place. The plug wiring was correct and I did not have to swap the black and red wires. We will now see how long this battery lasts.

Cheap Replacement - Short Lifespan
As with many of the other reviews, I also had to switch the wires to match the correct polarity with my Corsair HS70 Pro. The replacement took about 20 min altogether with most of it fiddling with the wires prior to the actual replacement. The ear cup comes off fine, remove some screws, and then pry up the old battery from the glue/adhesive that was used. Then simply plug in the new one. The new one worked great for about 3 months with about 6-8 hours of charge (I use my headset all day for work). The next 3 months the charge dropped to around 4hrs and I was getting some spotty charging results. Over the last month, it would spontaneously stop charging and I would get to my desk in the morning and it would only last about 15 minutes. Sometimes it would be dead as a doornail. Then sporadically I would get 3-6 hours of charge out of it again. It has gotten so inconsistent that I'll be buying another battery (possibly from another vendor). Still, it is cheaper than replacing the headset altogether.

Durata della batteria notevole

Bonjour.

I have had a Corsair HS70 which I bought about 3 years ago now for use in work meetings since we had to all go digital during COVID. The original battery however has not lasted and during this year has barely held a charge before finally quitting entirely last month. Corsair does not offer replacement batteries as they list it as hazardous for users to change them, and being out of warranty there was not much I could do. Thanks to Google and some forum searches, I was able to come across this replacement battery which was actually available at Amazon.ca and not just the US .com site. It was really easy to replace, although I did have to swap the positive and negative wires on the battery connector as noted in the product description - and while finnicky and annoying, it was not hard. The battery had less than a 50% charge out of the box but I was able to get well over 8 hours of run time out of it from that state before charging. It also recharges in a reasonable amount of time as one would expect. I am very happy to keep a pricey headset going with even more battery capacity than stock. I was not big on the idea of a wireless headset from the get go due to late-life battery concerns but with replacement this easy, I don't really have a problem with that anymore.

As expected, the polarity of the battery needs swapping. (Easily done with a video tutorial) (Ignore bad reviews mentioning the polarity swap, this is the same for most Corsair headphones; the batteries come with the standard polarity set-up, but for some reason Corsair seems to go against the common practice and runs the polarity of the connector backwards). What was surprising is how well the battery fits; I was fully prepared to have to snip or break off some of the plastic tabs inside that used to secure the original 1000mAh battery, due to non-standard sizing and the new battery having a larger mAh, another thing that you see other reviewers talking about "wrong size batteries". Opening the headphones to make the change was a bit of a pain due to everything being wired together, but not impossible, seeing that the headphones weren't necessarily designed to be opened by users anyway. If your battery in your Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless is dying and constantly needs plugging in, I can't recommend this enough. Battery came almost fully charged, and I've hardly had to keep my headset plugged in now. Do it.
