Flat at first but plumped up in dryer
I was surprised when this product came in a smaller box since it was a body pillow. When I opened it, it was rolled really tightly and all the air was removed. So when I got the package open, the pillow was flat I thought it had been ruined so I put it in the dryer for a while to fluff it up and then it was normal.

Holds its shape well. Nice and as described. White color. No odor and easy to wash.

It’s okay.
Not firm at all, totally deflates when you lay on it, but I guess that’s to be expected for only $20. I don’t know what pillow the five star people are reviewing but it ain’t this one. Despite this pillow being low quality, I’m okay with it. I only wanted something to hold, but for people seeking back pain relief, spend a little more on a nicer pillow.

Was hesitant at first, but a lot of the reviews really helped me make the decision to buy. I'm a side sleeper so it's really nise to even use it as a billow on the side :)

Product came vacuum sealed. When I unraveled it, it was flat and nothing like the images. Was not fluffy and even gave it time to inflate but it never did. When hugging it, it felt like hugging a flat, old pillow. Would recommend getting a Costco body pillow instead, it’s better quality, more fluffy, sturdy and it’s only $30.
