PT-04C Chubby Water Filter Jug, 3.5L, 3 Months, Wooden Handle

Fantastic product, the water tastes so much better now. It's super quick to fill up and I am still amazed by how you get the water in in! The flippy lid flips down them comes back up all by itself! Had no issues with the indicator light either as most reviewers had, (which nearly put me off) just read the instructions!! Far better than an over priced Britta and the design is very stylish with the wooden handle. Love it!

Looks fabulous and functional since it has a lovely wooden handle and is robust and hygeinic. It's a good size too, larger and much nicer than ones bought in the past where the top didn't fit so neatly. Very happy as the water from it tastes pure too.

Very pleased with this filter jug. It holds a lot and is very easy to fill. I also like the speed at which it filters. I don't have to wait forever for it to finish. I highly recommend this filter jug.

POSITIVE UPDATE: customer service team saw the review and swiftly reached out, apologising for not responding to my initial attempts at contact. They refunded my purchase in full and sent out a newer and more expensive model (ED11W), with a spare filter, free of charge; with the sincere hope of meeting my water needs. New filter has a larger capacity and works well, though we are not as keen on the taste. May get used to in time, or update in future, but pretty confident will stick with this brand. They (Karina specifically) were very patient and answered my questions clearly throughout. Keeping at 4/5 rather than 5/5 simply because of the initial issues with the product and customer service contact.-------------ORIGINAL RV 2/5:Moved area and needed to filter water so looked online. Liked the design and wooden handle - goes with our overall asethetic. However, the jug easily sustains water stains, and filter life light does not work. Emailed company within the first few months to ask for assistance and no reply. Still filters and water tastes better, but must instead rely on calendar reminders to swap the filter regularly, which may mean we are not getting the most out of the filters.

If, like me you want to know details about your purchase then read on. This is about the 3.5l Waterdrop filter jug, with the blue insert (not that that changes anything). Some reviews seemingly for this item are clearly not about this 3.5l jug. It is actually a 3.5l capacity and is therefore quite large. Sizes are as follows: H 26cm/11 ¼", D 26cm/10¼", W 13.4cm/5¼", handle: 13.5cm/7 ½" tall by 2.9cm/1 ⅛" diameter. It is very sturdy even when full. It's full weight when filled with water, 3 lemons & 2 limes (sliced) is 4Kg. The clearance between the handle and jug side )(standoff distance) is 3cm/1 ¼". So, even the cubbies of fingers will have no problems gripping it. I have arthritis in my hands and, although heavy when full, I can manage well lifting this from my fridge. Some well thought out placement and (in my case) support for the glass shelf helps greatly with this.I bought this jug as I already have a Waterdrop filtered water fridge tank with tap and wanted to keep my filter replacement as simple as possible. This is achieved by both units using the same filter insert: WD-PF-01A available from Amazon as a single purchase or repeat subscription (as I already have set up). Link: for 3x pack filters https://amzn.eu/d/5g1juSpWater quality from my tap is OK, but I don't like the taste, hence the filter. Filtered product has no after taste, no odours and the equipment is easy to rinse out between refills. Filter is a simple soak in water (discard water after use) before using in the jug. The jug has a reminder lcd screen that 'counts' down to replacement of the filter, but I set my calendar to remind me of this anyway, but useful to have. It comes well packaged and, in my case, arrived in it's original box without secondary Amazon additional packaging. Altogether a great buy for my home made lemon/lime drinking water which is good for my type 2 diabetes and way better than buying bottled water with sweetners added.

Bought to replace my aging Brita jug. Much faster filtering, longer lasting filter and very stylish. All chlorine taste removed from my tap water which is the main reason I use a filter jug for.

Very highly recommended, filters quickly and the water tastes great. Much more reasonable price than Brita ones too.

Am enjoying my clean water

Conforme et top belle, usage facile, filtre rapide

I really like this product and Waterdrop as a company is superb to work with, they sent me a replacement part after having purchased this pitcher years prior. They really stand behind their products and the people in support a great to work with and even follow up to see how things went! I love the Waterdrop pitcher, it makes my water taste fantastic. The replacement filters are so easy to install and remove and they really do last. Many thanks for the communications and support given to me from Becky, Sarah and Seabelo M !
