How long is it closed and is it stainless steel

4 1/8” They are available in both stainless and chrome vanadium. I prefer CV but they will rust if not properly cared for

Is the cv or ss a better steel for the blade?

Thank you for checking with us. This knife is Stainless Steel SS.

Does this knife lock whe blade is open?

No, it's just a folding knife, not a lock blade.
