Be warned that if you’re buying this for gluten free baking, even though it says gluten free in the item title, it turns up with a may contain gluten warning on the packet so no good for coeliacs. Couldn’t return either despite misleading/incorrect product description!

This is not powder. My usual product is fine powder which I use in cooking a lot, but this isn't any good at all so had to throw away. Not happy.
