It's hard to be thrilled about something so completely unobtrusive as a multi vitamin, so I think I'll stray from OH EM GEE DIS IS DA GREETIST to just saying: It's a multi vitamin. It gives you multiple vitamins. What the heck else would you expect? Oh, P.S., because it contains iron, don't be surprised if you get stomach cramps and your poop turns an upsetting shade of black for a while. You'll get used to it after a while, but man is it both confusing and painful in the beginning. Edited a couple of years later: What's weird is that I originally had no worthwhile opinion on these vitamins, I just figured they were vitamins and all vitamins are created equal and there's no need to really bother about which ones you get. BUT THERE IS. After I finished off this bottle, I started just buying the ridiculously cheap generics you find in your local mega stores only to find that they were all flawed. Most of them actually made me burp a weird metallic flavor throughout the day, and all of them had me feeling less energetic as well. I guess I just never considered that not having any noticeable affect, in itself, is actually a brilliant feature of Centrum vitamins. There's a reason that these are a household name! I'm upping my stars from four to five. I'll never question you again, semi-expensive vitamins that do their job and do it well.

I had to write a review on this multivitamin, I am impressed so far I have been taking them every morning, after 3 days I noticed me doing things I have not done in a long time with out realizing it, I have more energy and just feel all around better. I will say I have tried many products and I have not found any that work for me till I tried this. I will say it is true that it will not work for everyone each individual is different and will respond different, I guess I got lucky. This is what I did I went to my Dr. asked for a full blood count FBC results were available online on my diagnostic lab site, I was then able to read the results my self and educate my self with what my results mean what I was low on and so on so after 2 hours of research compared what my body needs to what vitamins are available to be supplemented and came to Centrum Adults has everything I needed. NOTE: I am in no way telling you what to do or recommending you to do it, I am telling my story and how it worked for me. Before dieting or thinking of dieting or taking any supplements first you should consult your Dr.

Just one tablet a day covers all the basics, so I don’t have to worry about taking multiple supplements. It’s convenient for my busy routine, and I appreciate that it comes from a reputable brand I trust.
