I loved the flavor. It was sweet! The texture is a mixture of jello in juice. I refrigerated them but also drank some after being in my purse for a few hours. Not sure if they helped as an appetite suppressant? I started exercising when starting these and my appetite always lessens when I’m working out. They taste great, low in calories and easy to take with you anywhere so I liked them for a quick snack. FYI - Smoosh the bag with your fingers to break up the jelly so its easier to get through the opening.

I’ve never been able to eat in the mornings, instead I would end up eating late at night, which is never a good idea. That habit has been the downfall of many attempts to get healthy over the years. I order this to take the place of all that junk I’ve been eating over the years, so that I didn’t feel hungry and could fall asleep. And it works exactly like I had hoped. I like the flavor, as it’s the only sweet thing in my diet right now. The consistency of the jelly is just like any other jelly treat you would suck through a tube. You have to chew it a bit, but it is by no means chewy. It breaks up easily when eating. This hasn’t cause any digestive issues, which I’m thrilled about. The expiration date was about 6 weeks out from the day I got it, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering more than a box or two at a time.

not as expected too sweet

The product itself is a pretty large size and the flavor is really nice (very artificial tasting but I liked the kind of sweetness it had). I purchased this to fill me up between meals and stave off overeating on my weight loss journey. I think for me it’s more of a mind thing because this did not help me to eat less. I think if it was slightly thicker with more konjac it would work to fill me up more. I would purchase again because it is a good snack with only 6 calories.

I’ve tried a bunch of these now; the mango apple is definitely my favorite, then yogurt. Peach is okay but a little sweet for me, and pomegranate hibiscus is just awful. It tastes just like Robitussin/cherry cough syrup to me. The others are pretty great though! I usually eat them with something to help stay full, I feel like if I eat them alone when I’m hungry they don’t really work. Great as a guilt-free dessert though!

These taste better when refrigerated. I will definitely be adding this to my snack list and looking for other konjac items.

I ordered the hibiscus pomegranate flavor and WOW. It's so good! I wouldn't call this a full meal replacement, but it is perfect for curbing your hunger and cravings. I use it most when I am working for the day and I don't have time to eat in-between. It keeps me satisfied, and it tastes great! I'm already ordering my second box! (Hopefully peach is just as great). And I've already lost weight from using these, 10/10.
