amazing product — ive been taking for over a year and a half now. truly one of the only vitamins i feel and notice a difference when i take it. helps so much with fatigue & energy for me — i’ve always been a napper bc i’m always sleepy but when i take this i literally can’t take one or have the desire to. It does make your pee a really bright yellow as expected.

Easy to swallow unfortunately when I opened the package which was well wrapped I found the bottle had been smashed and some of the pills were out of the bottle. I don't want to take the risk of taking them just in case there are shards of glass in them. I need to get this message back to the seller and to find out what they want me to do with the bottle and package which I have kept for information. Vivienne Henman
