Designed for folk and ethnic music enthusiasts, it offers a 1.5 octave range, adjustable hand straps, and a plush carrying case, making it an ideal blend of authentic sound and portable convenience. ## Description Trinity College Concertinas are handcrafted instruments and authentic reproductions of the instruments introduced in the early 19th century in England and Germany. Trinity College offers both of the two major types-the Anglo and the English models. The Anglo model is a "bisonoric" design-much like today's harmonica-where a different note is produced by the "push" and "pull" motion of the bellows. This type of mechanism lends itself perfectly for many styles of ethnic or "folk" dance music. In this style, the straps cover the entire hand. ## Features - Laminated wooden endplates in light brown, simulated walnut finish - Black fabric-covered bellows with 8 folds - 30 buttons, 1 1/2 octave range, fully chromatic, air-release button to close instrument noiselessly - Adjustable hand-strap on each side - Plush lined, zippered black nylon carrying bag with fabric handle and one detachable, adjustable carrying strap ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00WOK72PA | | Best Sellers Rank | #25,592 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #1 in Concertinas | | Body Material | walnut, wooden | | Brand | Trinity College | | Brand Name | Trinity College | | Color | Walnut | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 68 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00688382030602 | | Included Components | Case | | Item Dimensions | 8.7 x 7.9 x 7.1 inches | | Item Weight | 1.27 kg | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 8.7 x 7.9 x 7.1 inches | | Manufacturer | Trinity College | | Material | Nylon, Wood | | Model Name | 1 | | Model Number | AP-1230 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | AP-1230 | | Set Name | Standalone | | UPC | 688382030602 | | Warranty Description | 1 year limited. | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Trinity College - **Color:** Walnut - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 8.7 x 7.9 x 7.1 inches - **Material:** Wooden,Nylon - **Model Name:** 1 ## Images ![Trinity College AP-1230 Anglo-Style Concertina,Walnut - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81-XHm-J9YL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Has anyone been really happy with their purchase of this item?
