Excellent Mobility Scooter — Comfortable, Reliable, and Great Battery Life
I purchased the Vive 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter for a family member, and it has exceeded every expectation. From the moment we assembled it—which was surprisingly quick and straightforward—it felt solid, well-built, and designed with real-world use in mind. Stability & Comfort: The four-wheel design provides excellent stability, even on uneven sidewalks and parking lots. The seat is comfortable for longer outings, and the adjustable armrests make it easy to get on and off. Performance: The scooter has smooth acceleration, easy steering, and a tight enough turning radius to maneuver around aisles and smaller indoor spaces. It handles outdoor surfaces without any issues, and the motor feels strong and responsive. Battery Life: One of the standout features is the extended battery. It easily lasts through a full day of errands and still has charge to spare. The included charger is compact and quick, making it simple to top off whenever needed. Portability: Even though it’s a heavy-duty model, it disassembles into manageable pieces, which makes transporting it in the car much easier than expected. Perfect for travel, doctor’s visits, or weekend trips. Extras: The front basket is very handy, and all the controls are intuitive and easy to read. Overall, this scooter has been a game-changer for mobility and independence. For the price and features, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommended for adults or seniors who need a reliable, comfortable, and long-lasting mobility solution.

Great Scooter For The Price!
Bought this scooter for my 81 year old mom. She weighs 160lbs and has mobility challenges due to a bad knee. It runs great and she loves the adjustable speeds. Its heavy though and we had to buy a ramp to load and unload it into my Toyota RAV4 because only my husband can lift it in and out. Mom loves the headlamp on the front and the basket she uses for her purse and drink. The battery is easy to charge just keep in mind the battery needs to be fully charged to tackle steep hills. I made the mistake of taking it to a park with a steep incline whe it was about half charged and it died halfway up. That sucked. Since we have been charging it up the night before we go on long outings there has been no further incidents like that and she has driven up all manner of hills since. It has good traction and she takes it on pavement, dirt, grass and even over shallow pothole and it has no problems. Mom doesn't like the potholes though. The scooter doesn't exactly have shock absorption. Overall we love it and recommend it!

Great scooter for uphill use
Best purchase l could have made for my elderly dad. The color is vibrant (we got the blue) its compact yet powerful to go uphill and up our incline driveway. This has helped him with his knee pain. It also charges fast and the charge last a long time. I like that it has a horn and bright led lights. The little basket in the front is nice but l would have liked it to be bigger especially since it does not have the capability to attached one to the back like a previous model we had. The speed is go as well. It arrived in a large box note you will need at least two people to carry it in. It was super quick to assemble l was able to do it by myself. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The build quality is good and so far has been safe and easy to use for my 82 yr young dad.

Nice scooter. Good battery life. Very shrill alarm.
Nice scooter. Batteries last long. The alarm is very shrill, almost obnoxious. It beeps once when turned on. The first time it powered down automatically after no use for 20 minutes it scared the stuffins out of the people around us as they thought it was a fire alarm. Customer service was no help in this regard. They told me that's the way it is and there's no way to correct it. I corrected it to our satisfaction by taking the 6 screws out the bottom of the control panel opening it up and placing a piece of thin songe tape across the bottom of the sonic beeper and put a piece of sponge tape under the panel covering the hole that allows the sound to come out. It is very easy to hear now but is no longer so horribly shrill. Other than that we love the mobility scooter.

Great Scooter!
I have had my scooter for over a year so I am confident in my review. I like the adjustable speed, lights, and stability. With 4 wheels the turn radius is not great but worth it. Like another person said, make sure it's fully charged before setting out. Any incline with temporarily drain battery. If that happens, turn scooter off for a few seconds, then restart. I wish it didn't beep so loud on starting. Also wish it had a rear receiver for a basket. Charges quickly too!

Highly recommend
I bought this for my elderly mother who was having a very hard time getting around. It gave her so much freedom not only outside but also inside her home. Once disassembled it is easy to lift by one person. That process takes maybe 5 minutes to do. It breaks down into 3 removable parts, the seat, the battery and the rear wheels. None of which is heavy. The handlebars fold. It fits perfectly in the back of an SUV and possibly a trunk. If you are looking for a light weight easy to operate, I would definitely recommend this model, only thing I would like to see is the basket located in the front interchangeable to a tray. She would like to drive her dinner to her table. She is 93 and now with this scooter I have a hard time keeping up with her! Now she gets the zoomies!

I was at first very pleased on receipt of this scooter. I had used it every day since march. Imagine my horror when I switched it on in the bathroom to find it completely dead. I managed to get back to my room and get onto my spare one, but as an OAP and completely iMobile I was frightened. I contacted Vive who replied very quickly telling me what to do, by pressing a reset button.but I'm reluctant to use it Incase it happens again. I don't know what the answer is. But be aware of this happening if you purchase one. Over all before this happened I was very pleased with it , it is a good looking machine and seemed to work well.
