Iโve been using this on my knees for the past six months as part of my recovery from a complex meniscus tear with arthritis. It holds together well. Now I only use it to wrap my knees for yard work. Iโve encountered lower quality , flimsier tape.

BETTER THAN SLICED BREAD
This self cohesive wrap is FABULOUS!!!! Until this past December I did not know this stuff existed. I had a spot removed from my leg and needed to keep a dressing on it up to 8 weeks. My skin does not like the glue commonly found on bandaids etc This stuff has nothing on it to irritate your skin!!! You can cut it to any length and wrap it around the appendage in question. It grabs to itself without any gluey stuff. You can wrap it tightly or loosely.

For use by layman's knowledge on how to wrap without constricting blood flow. Most folks using these aren't professionals. This material I feel was designed with persons like myself in mind. I feel comfortable and It stays in place without fear of doing further damage.

Less abrasive than other brands and lasts a full shift!
This is one of the better wraps I have used. It is softer and not as itchy as other wraps, I love that it is individually packaged, and it adheres well. It lasts a full 9 hour work shift, and stays even if it gets slightly wet or I'm sweating. Definitely a good buy if you use self adhesive bandage often.
