these are pin type replacement bulbs the bulb worked fine but i have learned my lesson i will not buy another flashlight that requires the pin type bulb they are difficult to install correctly and must be perfectly adjusted to get maximum brightness which means taking the cover off multiple times to adjust and readjust the angle of the bulb plus when i dropped the flashlight it was game over bulbs are too expensive to replace

Bright, it works but they are expensive and if you drop flashlight just right the bulbs break, have gone thru several dropping flashlight, ugh

Hey this is what Maglite uses. Plain and simple. It fits. It is bright. It is easy. Whats not to like huh? I have the rechargeable Maglite flashlight / torch. Works in that one easy. BTW if you have a Maglite there definitely is a replacement bulb where the battery end-cap is underneath the spring in some foam stuff. I bought two so i could replace the one in the end-cap and the one in the headlamp.

I have had my Maglite for over some years now, and I use it every day when I was on the Police Department, now that I am retired I think I use it more, when the lamp went out I put it away, but I still needed it I went to amazon and found the replacements so I got two, the light is back on and now I am a happy camper.

I have used my Rechargeable Maglite for over 20 years for the local fire department and for personal usage here at the house. Here at the house will include grabbing the flashlight and the dog leash so the dog can be taken outside at night in the rain, sleet or snow so he can take care of "business". A replacement bulb does not cost $100.00, but walking outside at night with your Sunday best shoes or boots on and stepping where he got to first, could require a new pair of boots or shoes. Keep a spare bulb on hand.

I like to always have spare light bulbs and this one not available locally. As usual Amazon was the quickest and cheapest option. I use Amazon for most of my purchases and update my reviews if anything changes with the products. I do this so other Amazon users can get a real feel for the life of the product.
