Baby Loves Green Energy! (Baby Loves Science): 7

This is the best series I have come across, you may want to check youtube if you want to see the pages. but I guarantee you will fall in love. As a science geek I love reading this book as well as the aerospace engineering. It's educational and you can explain the concept to kids quite easily.

Our 7-month old daughter loves every page of it! It explains very well the current global warming. The book is really beautifully illustrated with bright colours and cute characters. I have now bought several books from the series!

Got this as a baby shower gift for a friend who works in Green and renewable energy. I hope she and her little one love it. It's very interesting even for an adult!

A lovely book, but disappointing that only one page is about renewable energy. The rest is about global warming, which is associated, but preaching to the converted and I find the title is misleading. I was expecting some description of how different renewable energy technologies work given the title.

Our now 3.5 year old toddler loves reading and this series is amongst our favourite. We have all 8 of them. We have started his first of this series since he was maybe 2. He loves the illustration, and simple and easy to follow explanation of concept appropriate for very young readers. I think he doesn't necessarily understand all of them yet but it is certainly relatable in many cases. As a mom it is great to see that he looks at the pictures and can recite them even though he doesn't actually know all the words.

Talks about the ozone layer and the earth's atmosphere in simple terms.

The book starts with explaining what global warming is and it goes on for most of the pages. It only has 2 pages about actual green energy sources, only mentions, no explanation, followed by another 2 about recycling and energy saving. Generally it has quite a negative vibe. I wanted to teach my kid about green energy and how it comes from the different sources. I needed many more pictures about that instead of all those about gasses in the air and how the world gets too hot. He loves the 2 actually green energy pages and won’t even have the patience to look at the others.

My daughter loves this series and I love reading them to her! I love how they make story time educational and fun for both of us all at the same time! Really brilliant, would highly recommend!

It is such a great book for the budding environmentalist! I think every adult should have to read this book, too. Will buy again for another baby shower gift
