Crochet Cafe: Recipes for Amigurumi Crochet Patterns

I can't stop making adorable crochet food items! These patterns are adorable and so easy to make! I love how most steps have pictures associated so you can figure it out two ways if you get confused at all. I've made several so far, and each one has turned out so stinkin' cute. I would say these patterns are for intermediate crocheters, but I'd imagine with some dedication beginners could give it a go. These are adorable decor pieces or even hairloom style toys for little ones. I would recommend no safety eyes and just embroidered on eyes if you make them for your little ones to enjoy. Fantastic book, I've had endless fun with it.

The library didn't have it anymore so I bought the book. There are a lot of cute food items to make for kiddos. Best part is that I don't have to return this copy. The patterns are well written and easy to follow. My copy uses US crochet terms.

Perfect amigurumi book. The patterns are clear and easy to follow. I love the pictures, and the presentation of each cafe crochet food recipe item. There are so many patterns/recipes to make; there will be a choice for ever style and taste! Bon appetite!!!!!

Loooove this book! I’ve done multiple projects out of it so far and the instructions are easy to follow! My favorite was the pie! Unfortunately I don’t have pictures as they were gifted out for Xmas but trust me, well worth the purchase! My brother loved his pie!

I received this book as a gift two years ago for Christmas, and thought it would make a nice gift for someone else so I bought another copy. Both are in the above photo to compare. The more vibrate colored book is the older copy for two years ago, which is interesting that the color quality has decreased with its most recent print run. It’s not noticeable if you don’t have both side by side. The books also have this weird brown smudge mark above the title. It’s on both copies so it’s clearly meant to be there, but also just seems like a dirt smudge got on the design somehow and was never fixed. This is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it really looks out of place. It’s still a beautiful book with a lot of fun crochet patterns to make that are easy to follow for beginners with a handful of more challenging pieces sprinkled in. It’s a great value for some very fun patterns. If you’re someone who love food and crochet I would recommend getting this book.

Muy lindo libro lleno de fotografías para explicar pasos y tips. Al inicio explica los nudos básicos (si es que se es absolutamente principiante) con montón de fotos de buen tamaño. Los patrones son bastante sencillos, eventualmente se siente repetitivo, pero no es nada malo, así es el mundo amigurumi. El libro como objeto está bastante bien hecho. Me gusta que por el tipo de costura abre y se queda casi plano, así que no hay que estarse peleando para mantenerlo abierto en lo que sigues el patrón. Al tener muchas hojas impresas con grandes plastas de color, estas se pegan por la gran cantidad de tinta y también huele mucho a la misma. Podría ser algo que a mi no me hubiera importado pero al estar embarazada y tener un olfato tan sensible en estos momentos fue lo único que me llamó la atención. Una vez más, es algo trivial pero igual si son de olfato sensible solo déjenlo airear un poco porque no le quita lo divino al libro. Ya hice un montón de figuras y regalado muchas porque las ven y les encanta. Extra: Yo utilizaría una hilaza más gruesa que la Abuelita para agrandar el tamaño de las piezas.

O livro é fantástico, mesmo estando em inglês a autora dá dicas através das cores, as fotos, não tem gráficos ,contém muitas fotos. Achei interessante a forma da autora em ensinar com facilidade a exercursao das peças. Recomendo por ser prático, inovador e fácil. Obrigado Amazon.
