The quality of workmanship is excellent, and it assembles quite easily. Some folks have complained about the instructions, but I found them to be quite good and fully adequate. Based on other reviews, my first step was to start labeling the pieces with masking tape and a marker. But after about 2 pieces, I realized I was wasting my time. There was no doubt about the identity of each piece, if you look at the diagrams carefully. In fact, the one time I nearly did something wrong, I paused to study the instructions, and the details of the diagram showed the subtle differences in the hole patterns in the board, causing me to flip the piece and continue without further incident. So, just go slowly and carefully on your first one, look at the diagrams carefully until you're sure you have the correct parts laid out in the correct orientation, and you shouldn't have a bit of trouble. I bought two, and the second was short some of the nails used on the back cardboard. No big deal for me, but it might be aggravating for someone without 30 years of accumulated miscellaneous hardware. There were extra of those clever disk doohickeys in both of mine. All in all, I was perfectly satisfied with the contents. Note also that the packaging was excellent, and the parts did not have abraded surfaces from vibration in shipping. I found the tiniest chip in the edge of one of bottom front pieces, and simply colored it in with a dark brown sharpie, and the little white eye-catcher promptly disappeared. Note that you have a choice of bottom effects, if you don't like the gentle arc and prefer something a little more complex. (I like the simplicity of the arc.) I'm not a big fan of particle board furniture, but I needed a temporary solution and didn't want to spend a lot for something I might not keep for more than a couple of years. After assembling these, I find that I like them better than most of the $300+ nightstands I looked at in furniture stores. The drawer hardware is better than many of those units (some just had plastic slides). The overall value of these (looks and utility divided by cost) is incredibly high. Thus, I'm not only pleased that I gambled on these, but I'm also expecting to keep them indefinitely. When I do buy an entire new bedroom set, complete with matching nightstands, these will go into a spare room. I won't throw them away or sell them. They're just too nice. BTW, I was concerned about height, width, depth, drawer depth, etc., and these are just about ideal for my situation. I encourage you to take the published measurements and ensure they'll be appropriate for your bed height, wall space, etc. The only modification I made was to drill a 1" hole in the back of each of the shelf sections (and color the edges with that sharpie marker) in order to feed electric cords through. That was easy to do post-assembly, but you have to be careful with the drill, of course, moving it very slowly into and out of position. Cut gradually, gently through, or you may make a ragged mess. (It's often best to cut partway through, then jump to the other side and finish. This keeps you from busting outward the last layer of material.) In summary, this nightstand is well designed, easy to assemble, and is high quality in every discernible way. It looks good, functions well, and is an outstanding value for the price. No regrets whatsoever in buying.

We bought TWO of these tables for the sides of our bed. The color is pure white, very nice. The nightstand itself is study and feels like good quality. We drilled a hole to thread a charger cable for our cellphones. (Pictures provided!) *Pros -* • The color is pure white and beautiful! • The quality is pretty legit for the price! • Plenty of bedside storage and the top has plenty of room! • Drawers are pretty deep! • Assembly doesn’t take too long! After assembling our first one, the second nightstand we blew right through in maybe 30-45 minutes! *Cons -* • The directions are a bit difficult to follow. Especially as far as attaching the wheel rails for the drawers. They are colored — but in the directions they are not. • I wish there was a small hole provided to run charger cords through the cubby space. We ended up drilling a small hole for this reason. * Assembly Warnings/Advice * • My main advice is to definitely pay attention to detail. One backwards thing can really set the whole project haywire. • Pay close attention to the Zinc Cam pieces. There are small ones AND large ones. THEY are NOT all the same size!! Do not misplace them. The small ones go for the drawers so just put those aside at the start and don’t touch them until you assemble the drawers! If you misplace those in another spot on the nightstand, you will ruin the entire thing & be missing the correct pieces for the drawers!! The small ones can fit into the large sockets, but the large ones will not fit into the small sockets. So be very careful and just put those small ones aside so you don’t accidentally put small pieces on another part of the dresser without realizing. You will not be able to assemble your drawers without those certain small pieces! (I hope that makes sense!) *Overall opinion* So far, we love these! Especially for the price! They fit our room perfectly, are a pure white color and provide much needed storage! You can also change out the knobs and we probably will later on as well to match our bedroom theme/bring a fancier aesthetic to them. The back board is actually pretty sturdy and it took some effort to drill through to make a hole for charging cord(s). I recommend these and am very happy with the purchase, especially at this price!

Looks great, lot of utility, but the assembly instructions were a bit of a hassle. Not anything that would be too difficult to understand, but definitely something that made building it a bit slower. All in all, it was a perfect fit, a nice and simple nightstand, definitely great value.

I have been wanting new night stands for awhile but have been nervous to order because I wanted to be sure I could assemble them myself and that they were decent quality. I gambled on these and I am so glad I did. I bought 2 Used-Like New from Amazon. One was absolutely perfect and went together pretty easy in about an hour. I don't have much experience with assembly of such items but this item was easy enough I didn't get stressed out. I just took the time to lay out all the parts and get familiar with them before assembly, as most of parts are not marked but the instructions are fairly clear. It is pretty sturdy once fully assembled and the drawers open and close smoothly. The second one wasn't as well packaged as the first and had a broken plastic wheel for one of the drawers and the top shelf of the night stand had predone holes that were incorrect on one side. I wasn't worried about it, as I was assured by an Amazon Rep before my purchase that I would have the same warranty as if I bought it new from PrePac Manufacturing. This did not end up being the case. Amazon will replace the whole item, but not parts and the warranty with the manufacturer is void since I bought used from an Amazon Warehouse. Amazon ended up giving me a credit for my trouble, which was much appreciated as I figure I would attempt to drill new holes and fix it myself, but I went ahead and called the manufacturer number on the instruction booklet. They had amazing customer service, taking down the parts I needed and getting them shipped to me at no cost whatsoever as a courtesy. I got the parts a week later and now the second one is perfect too! I am so pleased with these nightstands and my experience overall. PrePac Manufacturing gets 5 stars from me and Amazon made it right with me too, as always!

It took me a long time to find white nightstands that would have the proper proportions for my king-size bed, and these are definitely it! I bought two and assembled them myself without too much difficulty. The boxes (and assembled nightstands) are quite heavy, but I found it easier to move the assembled nightstand than the box, since there was more area to grip. Assembly was not quick - the screws are of a cheaper variety, so I had to screw everything by hand to avoid stripping the screws. Assembling two nightstands took about two hours, though I did mistakenly assemble the cam locks incorrectly on the first one, and had to undo/redo part of it. I would advise assembling the drawers first, since the cam locks on the drawers are a slightly smaller size than the ones for the top of the nightstand - on the first nightstand I assembled, I didn't realize that there were two different sizes. The smaller cam locks for the drawers will fit in the holes for attaching the top, but the larger ones won't fit on the drawers, so by assembling the drawers first you avoid accidentally using the wrong ones. I left the back panels off of both nightstands to allow me to easily run charging cords for my cellphone and tablet - the units seem quite sturdy without the back panels, and it saved me some time in assembly. The nightstands do not wobble or shift at all once in place, even when my large 14lb cat climbs on it and jumps off. The drawers are very spacious, and the shelf is a great size for tucking some books and other miscellany - I use it to store my glasses at night, so my cat can't knock them off the nightstand. All-in-all, I feel these nightstands were an excellent purchase - they are composite material, not solid wood, but they seem well made and sturdy, and look great in my bedroom.

Purchased in May 2020. I will go through my process of assembling this product and the experience. I brought 2 of this nightstand, mainly for my parent, to match their white Ikea bed frame and other furniture, for a modern, simple and clear style of room design. First, the appearance of this drawer is what made them want to purchase, it has matching color and the empty first shelve for phone or book, it has higher height instead of the usual longer width compare to most other nightstands, and my mother always wanted a handle for the drawer instead of a knob or ring. it matches the demo picture depicted. Now, the assemble process, I rated as painstaking. I am not a furniture expert, but the design/parts feel outdated or just bad. I mainly will compare this to Ikea products, since they shared some same material and similar look. A lot of the part is not labeled, so you need to carefully examine to make sure it is assembled correctly since there are usually a front and backside. For example, the left and right side of the drawer is the only side labeled "L" and "R", but the different shelves/part is not the back end usually is not painted, so you want to be sure the final product hides the part that is not painted). the drawer slide/rail is separated with red(right) and blue(left) to match the holes, while Ikea uses 2 same color slide for each drawer, easier to install, in fact, the Ikea slide is more steady and easier to slide open and close, while Prepac drawer still wiggles a little. some screw holder and screw its self is not the best quality or function any better than Ikea, or other furniture I have done. Third, the material compares to price. while the most part is all right, there are parts (2 parts) that did not depict what they show in the picture and parts that feel cheap and fragile. one is the bad panel, it is 2 thin OSB wood panel for the whole back, and you have to nail them onto the back, and only one side is painted. (Most furniture have all side painted) especially when there is a cubby shelf, and the 360 previews are also depicted around painted.). The bottom panel of the drawer is the worst, probably the thinnest OSB wood panel for a drawer that I have ever seen, even for this low price range(not painted). Some nail is "Soft", iron dust come off some screw head, made it hard to screw in. For a hundred dollar price, I am not looking for the solid wood. but compared to most other product($100 to $200 from local furniture store) or even Ikea product(so cheap), which is painted completely around, much more study(they make the outside harder). There is no such thing as the nail on the back, instead Ikea lockin the back with racker from inside, tougher bottom drawer panel, easier to assemble, parts and drawer slide function better in the final product. I only recommend this if you really like the look from the FRONT,( back is not painted). and if the price is indeed cheaper for you comparing to local furniture stores. Otherwise, I would say give up on the look and get the more expansive nightstand, recommend Ikea nightstand for white furniture, a little less volume but for $40 or $60 for better quality and easier assemble(honestly). I am not asking for a refund since I already assemble both nightstands I purchased, but it ends up coming with me since my parent have some pretty heavy/metal items and books. I tried to drop a hardcover Bible from the top to the drawer, no dent but a wood splinter. she is honestly pretty disappointed since this is the only one she liked for the look.

This was probably the best ( put together) cabinet that I have ever worked on. Great design-great directions-all the pieces were there- everything went together nicely. I could tell very quickly it was made in the USA. AAA+ for anyone needing a small night stand

There is a defect in the design. the following has been sent to the manufacturer: The top drawer must be able to fit flush with the face surface of the unit, in the same manner as the lower drawer. It cannot do that because of interference with the upper cross bar (your p/n C6 on the assembly drawings) and the face of the drawer. A photo of this problem is attached. Your production process has created an upper and lower drawer face parts, (your p/n D1 on the assembly drawings) that are identical. This cannot work. The lower drawer has no cross bar at its top to require relief of the top drawer surface. The upper drawer however, cannot close fully because of interference with the upper cross bar “C6”. The result is that the lower drawer closes fully into the cabinet, while the upper drawer stands out from the surface. This misfit also reveals and shows the relief milled into the sides of the top drawer face, made for proper fit into the cabinet. Again, see the attached photo. Customers can fix this problem with a router; the the fault is in the design and production of the unit and will require that they update the design, and the production process, and the instructions, and correct this problem for anyone like me who already has purchased this unit. Further review: the unit is well packed, and the instructions are clear but pictorial only. One must exercise caution to get the correct part in the correct orientation, as the parts are not labeled. the unit 100% press-board and cardboard with the one exception of the drawer sides which are pine and may be split when they arrive. The back piece has finish on one side, and that needs to face into the unit so that the back of the compartment matches the color of the unit. This results in the back of the unit having no finish. Plan on having to paint it if it's not going to be placed against a wall. I would buy this again, or recommend it, it there were no defects in the design.

Pretty heavy and sturdy for pressboard. Was also quite easy to put together. Had to buy black pulls as I was not paying attention when placing my order and didn't like the "crystal" ones it came with, but that's my fault. Doubles as a nightstand and end table in my tiny studio apartment. Would definitely buy again

This product came as described. My husband put it together in 30 minutes and I love it. It matches our son's headboard perfectly. He moved out and now it's the guest room. It's perfect.

I was a little worried the quality wouldnt be good based on the cost - it seemed too good to be true - but I was pleasantly surprised! This is a really solid night stand with good quality materials. Easy instructions and assembly! All you need is a phillips screwdriver and a hammer

There are minor scratches but overall quality is good. 👌

Purchased for my son, beautiful rich colour, priced well compared to other similar products. Shipped well, no issues. The only thing I would say as a negative is the open back, (first shelf ) I would prefer a piece to cover the back opening. Don't like the look of it being open. Easy fix husband cut a piece painted it same colour and it looks beautiful. Still worthy of 5 stars regardless.
