one off bad review
I think I had a bad batch as dry and and possibly sun-damaged. Usually the best chocolate so am disappointed with my 10 bad bars!

Flavourless and strange
This chocolate is really strange. At 85% cocoa solids you would expect some strong flavours (not necessarily bitter) to come through. The flavour is non-existent and weirdly it did not seem to melt on the tongue like good chocolate should. Instead it was like crunching through a tasteless bourbon biscuit. This experience was consistent in all 10 bars, so it could have been an off batch.

High fibre and not dutched meaning it retains more nutrients and tasted great when you suck it before chewing.

This is the only dark chocolate I care to eat. Lactose free is a plus for me too as well as low sugar. Nice taste and texture.
