I had gone 106 days with no period, started taking these and then 28 days later...I got it! Good value for money but a lot of the tablets were broken and powdery so missed out on quite a few "doses". Not a good flavour but not a bad flavour. Be quick to swallow them as they do start to break down quickly

My period came within a month of using these on time/regular - 32days. I was having irregular periods up to 60 day cycles and I genuinely feel like these have helped. I am now using a similar product and my period came 2nd month regularly - 31 days.

Bought to manage PCOS symptoms which I think it did great job of but the second I put the tablet in my mouth, it would start to break down pretty fast into a powder making it difficult to swallow and it had a horrible taste which would stay in my mouth for hours after swallowing. Honestly couldn’t wait to finish the packet so I could switch to a different brand.

I purchased these tablets to help with my pcos and my pmt , helped me out loads i felt so much better taking them to balance everything out , a month after taking them i concieved naturally after being told i couldn't have children so im thankful for these

Ive tried lots of different tablets for my pcos and nothing has made a difference. These have helped with my pcos immensely. I have ordered a second lot because they worked so well.

I've only given it a two because I'm due my period and I'm still not on time I'm 3 days late but it has killed a bit of my male testsostarone as I'm more emotional now.

I believe the product had good intentions but I see and feel absolutley no difference after one month of use.
