This is a great kitchen timer – the numbers are large and easy to read on the backlit screen. It is also easy to set the time and clear the information when you’re done. The timer is nice and loud so I can hear it if I’m in the other room, all around this is an excellent timer. I do wish it came in other colors maybe white, red, or blue, which would make it easier to see in my kitchen.

Good kitchen timers. Setting for hours, minutes and seconds. Also has a clock feature that we never use. Once the timer goes off, it automatically starts counting seconds up until you turn it off. This lets you know how long you’ve gone over the set time if you’re not right there when it goes off. Three settings for the alarm volume. Nice backlit screen makes it easy to use at night. Strong magnet keeps it firmly in place. So far we are pleased with them.

My old timer had a display that was hard to read with my declining eye sight. This one is easy to read and program to a second and I like it much better than my old one. Very sturdy and can be mounted magnetically. Also it's beep is much louder than my old timer making it much easier to hear in a busy kitchen.

Great timer. Big text as shown. Easy to setup. magnets will hold to the side of the refrigerator well. I would avoid sticking it to the refrigerator doors if you have kids that slam the fridge as the impact will knock the timer loose.

I needed a timer that can be set to notify me after several hours and minutes. The timers I had were limited to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. There were other multi-hour timers but they were too large. This one has a handy feature where touching the top center will turn on the backlighting briefly so it can be read in the dark. It has a fold out stand and magnets in the back, both of which I use. The volume is adjustable and it can be paused and restarted if needed. It is easy to use and has all of the features I wanted.

I was hesitant to buy these, based on all the complaint reviews. I’ve been a Thermopro fan for years with their dual remote probe, and handheld probes. I have three of the Habor timers, that work great. Sadly they’re gone from existence. I needed something louder, that was intuitive and had all the necessary features. These looked great. Again, I stalled based on certain reviews. I wish I got these sooner! Yes, level 3 is pretty loud. But I see that for outside use at the grill, which was my intent. 4 audible settings: Silent Level 1; similar to the Habor timer’s level, just these have a more pronounced pitch. Level 2; cuts over my kitchen hood high setting. Just the right amount of loud for my liking and can’t be missed in the other room. Level 3; I agree, too loud for inside (unless you really need it), but perfect for outside. Or just don’t use that setting. There is an activation chirp when batteries are inserted. Be ready for that. It is loud, especially if the rear faced speaker is pointed at your face. If you have a substantial kitchen hood (cfm din), and cook to music and/or you’re in the other room timing a bake or roast with the hood going, this fits the bill in my opinion. Not for everyone, but easy enough to return to Amazon. I’m keeping these!

Unlike some other timers the TM01 is useable up to 99 hours (not minutes) while allowing settings in one second multiples. Magnets (two) are VERY strong-holds securely to appliances (e.g. refrigerators, stoves)--no sliding, movement or falling off. Ergonomics are excellent. The accompanying Owners Manual is not necessary but well written for anyone to understand). VERY sturdily constructed and the display is visible for several yards/meters. Adjustable volume is a welcome feature and is easy to adjust. Batteries are "AAA" very long lasting, easy to replace and readily available.

PROS: I actually bought this alarm to use as an alarm clock. Okay so I can't set the exact time, but I can set the exact sleep or work time before this alarm goes off up to up to 1 second shy of 100 hours in the future and that is a lot of time. I like that the light goes on easily with a touch sensor. It is a little confusing why a touch sensor was used for the light, but who cares it works. Light goes on when you push a button or touch anywhere near the light bulb image at the top of this alarm. I have bad tinnitus first from the NAVY, then cancer, and yes I'm getting up in the years too so it is much louder than it used to be. When I was younger I could get up to the drop of a pin. Now it takes more than my old Seiko alarm clock can produce sound wise to get me up. THIS ALARM WILL FIT THE BILL. I'm confident it will get me up in the morning even set to its lowest level as that is close to as loud as my smoke alarm. Okay here is a tip. If you don't like the noise just use the button in the back to turn off the noise there is a silence feature, but you will have to turn it back on after you set the alarm or when the alarm goes off there will be no sound just a switch to the count up timer after the alarm runs out. I'm very excited about finding a quality made product that will do exactly what I want and get me out of bed that said, if you are one of these snooze types you only have one minute of alarm then silence so GET OUT OF BED if you are using it like an alarm clock like I will. Two AAA batteries are all that you need to have this little beast wake you out of a sound sleep, or get you to go to the kitchen before you cake burns. Because of the construction I would expect this alarm to be able to take some heat. I like that this has a clock feature, but the clock makes me want to have more. (maybe a real alarm that you could set, but count down timer will be fine for me) Lastly in the PROS and don't be surprised, but this alarm lets you know it is ready right from putting in the batteries as you will get a beep on that last battery in. CONS: Clock function and Count down timer only function. Yes this alarm will count up but you can not set a time that it will count up to like some alarms. Very small point. Also since there is a backlight I think there should be maybe a flashing backlight feature while the alarm is going off as there is none. The numbers blink, but the light is only because you have touched the timer/clock. Okay I've run this through it's paces you have the pros and cons from a user perspective. I just wish it didn't take me so long to find this great countdown timer. Yes I'd buy this again and recommend to friends. UPDATE: 4/18/2025 I now own four of these timers for over four years each. Even used one as a kitchen timer yesterday. Another big plus to these is that pop in a good set of rechargeable batteries and my timers are good for many months before needing a recharge. In a case these timers work great for travel. If you have concerns about the timer going off in luggage put the timer on count up mode, start the timer, and you should have no troubles. Crazy thing is this timer is the same price and actually less than ones that do not work as well.

オレンジの液晶バックライト、縦置き用スタンド、強力な磁石…全てにおいて満足で重宝しています。 ただ唯一、音が大き過ぎるのが難点です。 アメリカの製品なのでビッグな音なのかもしれませんが（笑）、もう少し静かなモードも用意してくれたらありがたかったかもしれません。

Everything i needed and wanted in a timer. It has large numbers with nice backlighting. It is easy to set and alarm sound has three volume settings. The magnets are very strong and hold the unit firmly to my refrigerator. Highly recommend.
