Why does my charger display always say 100? Even when i put dead earbuds in there...

the 100 refers to the power on the case, which has two functions: 1) as a battery pack, enabling you to charge phones, etc, and 2) it charges the ear buds.

I have not used bluetooth technology before. Can these be used for a mp3 player and for listening to your tv too?

If your MP3 player has Bluetooth, then it will connect and you can use them. Same goes for your TV, but a lot of tv's don't have a Bluetooth function

why is it not able to post to Northern Ireland UK

I am a buyer not a seller and therefore cannot answer that!

Does anyone know if you can wear these under a motorcycle crash helmet?

I prefer to get in the zone with my bike and not listen to music. Safer that way. :)
