Good buy for the money and fit for purpose.
Got this product for emergencies to stash in our hiking bags and my car. Wasn't expecting too much from them as they were so cheap, but glad to be pleasantly surprised. As there are 5 in the pack, I cracked one open and got in there, felt the heat from it straight away; within 2 mins I was toasty hot (had been feeling the northern chill prior to trying it out) so really think they will be useful to keep warm should an emergency crop up. I gave it a good pull to test the strength (like one of the advert pics demos) it stretched quite easily with fair force, but didn't tear. Conclusion: not the toughest of material, but if you're careful that shouldn't matter as there is plenty of width to get in. Also long enough to cover up to top of head (I'm 5'8"). Overall, I think the product is good and will definitely do the intended job should it be required. (Final pro tip: do not test it out with your cat in the room as the material does not withstand their claws when they get excited by the rustling sound! :D some gaffer tape will sort that one out and the test one has gone in my boot- you can get them folded back down by rolling the air out, but not back in the plastic seal bag they come in).

Worth having
Why did you choose this product over others?: I keep these in my bag when out with a group, hopefully never to be used but good for an emergency. Good value.

Seem good enough
Happily haven't had to use it yet, but the bags seem good. They come together in a orange nylon bag and, inside, each one is in a clear ziploc bag. Each single bag, neatly folded, measures about 13.5 x 8.5 x 2cm. Not tiny but a reasonable size to keep in a ski-jacket pocket or similar for emergencies. I haven't unfolded one all the way to check how big it is. The material is thin, of course, like all space blankets, but possibly a little less strong than some. When I pushed my finger hard along the material it stretched and deformed (though didn't tear) more like plastic, whereas the plain silver blanket I also have, just creases more like metal.

They may save a life.
I haven't used these, nor do I intend to. They are not for camping on a budget, but for emergency use. 3 in my rucksack along side my first aid kit, and 2 in my car, again with my first aid kit. Delivery was excellent along with the description.

Good look getting them back in the bag
These are most certainly for emergency use. I used them in a short film for a university project and it was impossible to put them back in the bag. They're easily ripped on sharp or jagged surfaces but it will definitely keep you warm if you need it.
