I have done that. No damage done.

Can i use to remove grease on cooker?

By word cooker, I take it as Pressure cooker and the grease must be on outer surface, which can be cleaned as this spray is meant for removing tough grease. The cooker must be washed properly after its application. For inner side, I am not sure.
