This works well for improving sleep, both the duration and quality. I combine 3mg with 350mg L theanine and the effect is noticeable, for me far better than valerian, or any pharmacy over the counter products, or 5htp which for me has to be taken in quite high amounts (400mg) to aid sleep, and possibly has dubious effects if used long term. Also glycine supposedly has many other benefits for brain health, skin, mitrochondia, and I can find no evidence that long term use carries any negatives or risk. The capsules are dead easy to swalllow, and the glycine inside taste quite sweet, unlike most amino acids which are bitter or foul. Seems a good quality product, arrived promptly in a good resealable pouch.
