Transmasculine binding: not perfect, but very close. Very very happy.
This Underworks compression shirt is great for me and for my goals.I will attempt to give all of my "stats" & why i ordered the size i chose. I am 5'8" tall, 155lbs. Under the 'bust' i measure 35 inches, 42 across the widest part of my chest. In femme clothing i wear a 36-38 D-DD cup bra depending on manufacturer; my "dress size" is approx a "woman's" size 10. Underworks advised that i take my rib and "bust" measurements, average them, and per the size chart, order a size medium.First off: thanks to all reviewers who mentioned this: step in, pull up! It will stretch over soft hip flesh far more easily than over the bones of your shoulders. You're likely to get "stuck" in it if you pull it over your head!Things to consider about fit. The edges "show" through a thin shirt, especially around the underarms. It also bunches and can ride up a bit through the waist; guys who have a shorter stature and/or slender waist may notice this more. I adjust it a couple times throughout the day but it's hardly a bother. Compared to other binders and methods this is totally acceptable for me. The bottom of the undershirt sits on me about where it does the male model in the photo - mid to low hip. As mentioned i am tall, 5'8". If you're a shorter guy, it will pull down low over your thighs. So does it bind? Yes, very well! - but not perfectly. If I bind down, i do look flat chested, but there is a telltale thickness around my ribs which is unflattering. Binding up, i end up with a small bust-like chest, perhaps an "A" cup. I prefer to bind up for a trimmer v-shaped look around the ribs. Mostly i just look athletic, but if someone were really "looking" for boobs on me, they could probably detect them. Overall, my naturally very full/soft/curvy bust miraculously appears high, tight, hard, athletic, and significantly flattened. A little bonus control in the tummy area encourages engaged core muscles, which is great for holding posture & making the shoulders look broader.Although the binder isn't that perfect boob-erasing miracle we all hope for, my feelings of delight and relief upon seeing my chest firmly compressed while still being able to breathe are reflected in my rating of five stars. FTM guys & transmasculine persons: read reviews, do your research. I wish i could recommend a binder that *perfectly* conceals full D+ cup sizes down to flawless manly flatness while still maintaining a flexible range of motion for a full day's activities, but i have yet to find one. This comes very very close.I am extremely happy with the overall effect and quality of this Underworks undershirt/binder. I have washed it gently several times. It remains flexible & comfortable, and has maintained its firmness. I feel attractive when i wear it, it has increased my confidence dramatically, and i'm ordering three more.

How Does it Feel
One of the main reasons I purchased this compression shirt was because of my man boobs, and it didn’t help matters that I was on a disability for three months and gained 25lbs. Now the first compression shirt I purchased was a medium, a 39-43 chest which I was however when I tried it on I couldn’t get the shirt over my head, let alone getting one of my arms in. So I did the next best thing, I stepped into it like a dress, and trying to pull that shirt over my thighs, gut and ass was a workout within itself. I pulled, puled and pulled until the shirt covered my moobs and once I was able to do that I put one arm in at a time. Although my moobs look more like a chest I felt more like a stuff sausage with my circulation damn near cut off. I wasn’t sure if that’s the way the shirt was suppose to fit or perhaps I should’ve order a Large, a 44-48 chest which was exactly what I did. This time I had no problem getting the shirt over my head as well as getting my arms through. Although the fit was not as snug as the medium and not cutting off my circulation, somehow I think I’m better off with the medium once it’s been worn a couple of times I’m pretty sure it will adapt to my body. Now that I have my moobs under control it’s time to do something about this gut, any suggestions.

Great Buy!!! Get 2
So I’m constantly trying out new compression tanks. I’m 6’3 and 230 lbs so I’m always looking for something to flatten the bulge. I bought this shirt 5 years ago and loved but forgot the brand. I really wanted something specifically made of nylon and spandex so I could wear it under tshirt, anything that has Cotton in it clings to tshirts and is not flattering at all. Finally I found this shirt again, so relieved. Now I’ll be honest, it’s stiff, not to breathable and REALLY sucks in the bulge unlike most compression tanks that just give you a slightly curvier look. It’s hard to put on and take off at first but it breaks in a little with time. I usually wear a size large in clothes and went against the recommendation and bought a medium. I would describe it sort of like a waist trainer for women it’s that tight. I can wear tshirts over it that don’t cling to the material. It’s a great shirt if your looking for a little more compression then your standard tank

I'm very happy with the item I purchased
When I had questions about my order, the seller responded very promptly and courteously to my emails. They responded within minutes. They also made sure I got my order on time. In fact, they paid 2-day priority shipping, so I received my order 8 days sooner than the estimated delivery date.Furthermore, I'm very happy with the item I purchased. It does a great job at compressing my body so that the gynocomastia doesn't show. For those reading this review, I highly recommend this product if you suffer from gynocomastia. When I received this product, it seemed too small and tight to fit into my body. But then I realized the material can be stretched quite a bit. I had a bit of trouble putting it on, but once it was on, it was sort of comfortable and it hid my gyno from the public. pretty well. I feel a little tight when I have it on, but I feel this is what needs to happen if I really want my body to be compressed; You can't expect to compress your body without feeling tightness. So far I've purchased 3 different compression shirts. The other two shirts feel softer in my body and don't feel as tight as this one, but they don't compress my body enough to hide my gyno. So far, I prefer this product over the others I have tried. You will have some difficulty putting it on and taking it off, but trust me, when you're wearing it will hide your gyno and it will be worth feeling a little tight. :D

Fits very snug, make sure you get the right size.
Fits about a size smaller. When you try to put it on it will seem like it doesn't fit but once you get it over your shoulders it will seem easier. Very comfortable. Goes well under a suit, etc.

Pricey but worth the money for a quality compressiona garment
Just had gynecomastia surgery (in Poland £2k all in ! )Chest reduced from 44" to about 40"Medium is tight but give the support when you get it on..... Trick I have found is to step into it, if you can get it over your arse, then it'll go over your shoulders !It's quite stretchy and very supportive, also made from good quality materials.I bought small and medium, am going to change the small for another mediumAlso arrived 2 days earlier than expected so happy days their too.

Does what it says
Great if you have lost weight and need a toned look; though dont expect it to make an obese guy look thin. It shapes and flattens and gives you a trimmer outline. Sizing is right. Difficult to put on and somewhat of a relief to get off, but i wear mine when i have an occasion to go to and want to look my best
