The best canned tomatoes you can cook with!
This is my third purchase. I learned about these canned tomatoes from a book titled Simply Tomato. I couple of times a year I make a large batch of tomato sauce and freeze in 1-quart freezer bags. By fr the best canned tomatoes I have ever worked with!

Top choice
Though the can is LARGE the sauce was phenomenal. The tomatoes were easy to breakup with a potato masher and the flavor was perfect tomato. Not acidic nor bland, just flavorful.

Tastes like a tomato should taste!
I am jumping on the band wagon with everyone else who saw the article in Food and Wine. Wonderful tomatoes. I used to buy Muir Glen, but they sold and quality has suffered. This is a big can of tomatoes with lots of sauce. So use what you need and put the rest in freezer bags. My one complaint is with Amazon and its packing. There was also two big mayo in this box so the tomato can got a dent. Did not break thru so I am using and decided not to return. Not happy about this. In fact, packing has totally gone downhill lately.

Amazing for pizza sauce
This is all I will use for pizza sauce any more. Amazing tomatoes - rich with no bitter/sour flavors. Highly recommended.

Great taste!
Best canned tomatoes according to the pros. I love the way they taste. The large can is a little bit of a pain but you can freeze the ones you are not going to use in the next week. If they came in smaller cans I would give them 5 stars, but I keep re-ordering them, so I guess I think they're worth it.

There’s no going back after trying these!!
I have used almost all high rated tomatoes there are, rated by chefs. I inquired about the favorite of NYC restaurants and pizzerias. Alta Cucina came up consistently! I tried them and there’s no going back! Even better than my sauce made from home grown! Everyone wants my sauce so I make a vat weekly to share with the family. Thanks for making them available AND affordable!!

Literally the best canned tomatoes you can buy...

If your searching for Detroit Pizza heaven these are the tomatoes of choice.
Purchased for my Pizza making interest. Wish the cans were available in smaller options. Making do I use a little salt, a touch of oregano,and then blend with my stick blender. I store,in deli contains, and freeze. Then on days I get ready to,make my Detroit pizzas, I,take out one container and defrost as I prepare the pizza doe. These are the best tomato products for pizza in my opinion.
