Its worth trying
So I disagree with the others who just say “dont buy”. Sometimes things are worth the money for some people. I think this was kinda thick like a shake and if u look at the ingredients it looks basically like a protein shake. I added some extra water and it became more milk like. I ended up really enjoying this. However I would say I like fairlife milk better but i wanted a powder so i could just have a cup of milk whenever snd it be shelf stable. The zero carbs in this is really great and I would buy this more often if it wasn't so expensive. I may keep a bag around but its not something i would buy for everyday drinking or cooking with. Plus for the person that wanted to use this to make sugar free pudding you can make pudding out of anything just use a pack of unflavored gelatin with it. I use almond milk better this would be way to expensive just to put in pudding. I will save it for when i crave an actual milk tasting glass of milk. Its close. I tried to order off their site but it wasnt available there.

Useful for reducing sugar in your diet
I have been buying LC milk powder for several years now. However, I purchase the milk powder from Netrition.com where the flat rate shipping of $6.99 up to a $99 purchase is much more reasonable. I buy 6 bags at a time since the shelf life is so long. Even though I am no longer on a low carb diet I still buy this product. I will say that I do not reconstitute the powder to use as milk. I use it as an ingredient when I make iced coffee. For two servings, I add to my 30 ounce shaker bottle strong coffee, Splenda, ice water and 2 tablespoons of the LC powder. I pour half the contents and a quarter cup of Fairlife over ice. For 45 calories I have an iced coffee that is non- fat and low in sugar. I did not give the product five stars because it is very expensive.

Not a fan.
LC makes some excellent products. But for some reason I just did not like the taste nor after taste of this one.

Ice cold and with a few lo-carb cookies, this easily becomes the missing factor I have been longing for in a low carb lifestyle.

Still on the fence
It’s kinda pricey for the amount you get, and the amount of powder it takes to create a glass/pint of milk. You have to have heavy cream already on hand so the cost for creating a low carb glass of milk is a few dollars. I might be better off just skipping milk altogether. But it is an option. Ok I’ve given it several days and tried it a few times. It requires a lot of powder and a lot of heavy cream to create a product similar to milk. Meaning it’s quite costly to avoid a few carbs. I cannot recommend.
