Easy to use iron for sewing
This is a very attractive product, light and easy to use. I bought it to use while sewing. It is important to press your fabric and seams as you go, for better results with your sewing. In fact I discovered this iron while watching a sewing video. It is cordless so it is easy to maneuver with no cord to get in the way! It is important to realize that this is not a rechargeable iron. It only heats while on the cradle. Also, you must remember that it cannot stand alone like an ordinary iron, because of its unique shape. It is great for what I use it for--sewing! I'm not sure how it works for ironing a whole shirt or a whole basket of clothes, for instance, on account of the need to replace it in the cradle to heat. It is also important to read the instructions, so that you understand exactly what this iron can or cannot do! It does have a steam feature which is good. Safety wise, it will shut off after 10 minutes of no use. However, when you are using it intermittently, as I am, it reheats quickly, and it does remain warm for a while. It has settings for power shot of steam and spray and dry and heat levels. As I said, it's great for using in my sewing room. I haven't tried it with a load of clothes to iron, though I'm sure it would work fine, too.

Love, Love, Love My Iron!
I was very wary about buying a cordless iron, but I hated dealing with the cord on my heavy old iron. But after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. And now I love, love, love my new iron!! Pros: The iron heats fast, is lightweight, and glides over my clothes. I love the double pointed part and the fact that I can iron without having the cord mess up what I just ironed! This iron heats up well and gets the wrinkles out of my cotton pants, jeans, and variety of shirts. The detachable water reservoir is a brilliant idea. No more dripping the water all over my iron. It took a while to figure out how to set my ironing station up. I ended up using an updated power tower with a long cord to plug into the outlet and then plug the iron base into that. I keep the tower plugged in and ready to use whenever I decide to iron something. I set the base on the end of the iron. When I am finished ironing, I let the iron cool and then replace the cover with the handle on it. It's an outstanding iron!! Works perfectly!

Fabuloius iron!
If you want problem-free, easy ironing, this is for you. My wife loves it, and I gave one to a friend because I watched her painfully move her cord around constantly so she could get her ironing done. She thanks me all the time!

Very good product and service
Ease of use! The product was so simple to set up, and I was able to use it immediately after reading through all of the directions! I'd seen reviews of the product on other websites and knew that it would fit my needs. Finding the item on Amazon at a much lower price was important to my decision to purchase it. Though this was my first time using Amazon, I was very pleased with the ease of use on the site. And with the rapid filling of my order.

Depends on what your needs are...
There's pros and cons here... Pros: Cordless ~ ain't nothin like NOT having a cord in your way when pressing quilting seams Steam Burst ~ has a great blast of steam Heat-Up ~ It heats up pretty fast Surface ~ glides beautifully over fabric Cons: Heats dissipation ~ you have no idea when you need to replace it on the carriage for re-heat. Thirty seconds? A minute? Three minutes?? A blinking light to alert that you're x-amount of degrees below the selected setting would be invaluable Leaks ~ it does leak evey time the water chamber is refilled (very small reservoir) Surface space ~ the actual surface space of the iron is small

Great Iron, easy to use
Easy to use, great temperature management. The capacitors keep the iron heated for shirt burts to iron your clothes cord free. Very nice to press out stubborn wrinkles. One of the best irons I've used.

Package damage, but the product is very good!
If you don’t iron clothes often is a good investment. The iron is light weight and very efficient. Just the delivery was not good, the box was not packed in another box, that is ok, but the product box came all damaged.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I absolutely love this iron. It’s so easy to use without a cord getting in the way. It gets really hot, which surprised me, because some irons do not get hot enough to get wrinkles out. It’s fun to use plus you can use tap water instead of distilled water, so that’s a plus!

I have had this iron for some time now and could not be happier. It heats fast and stays hot, even 10 min after it's turned off it's still hot enough to crease a seam. It shuts off automatically if you forget to. It doesn't take up a huge amount of space. Love love the NO cord to fight. Love it! 👍 👍 👍

The major “like” is no cord when using the iron, and then all the other features come into play. It’s fairly light, the water tank lifts off , so easy to fill, the iron features are easy to understand, it heats quickly when replaced on the base. The steam really works and can be used upright if needed. The cord retracts very easily. The case is a very nice feature if one needs to transport it. I have no complaints about this product. The price is reasonable for an iron which permits the freedom from a cord. Yes, I would buy again. The product video shows all the features , no false advertising.

.Product Review: Panasonic Iron I recently purchased the Panasonic Iron for my wife, who is an avid quilter. After hearing positive feedback about it from another quilter who had no vested interest in promoting the product, I decided to search for it myself. Initially, it was sold out on Amazon, but through some diligent searching, I managed to find it available for $89. Since then, I have observed the price fluctuating between $149 and $169, which I believe is due to supply and demand factors. My wife has used the Panasonic Iron several times, and she wholeheartedly agrees with the sentiments expressed by the other quilter. According to her, this iron has made her quilting tasks much easier and more efficient. Here are a few key points that have impressed us about the Panasonic Iron: Performance: The iron's performance has been exceptional. It heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature throughout its use. This feature is crucial for quilters, as they often require precise and even heat distribution to achieve professional-looking results. Steam Functionality: The steam function on this iron is highly effective. It produces a strong, continuous steam output, which helps to remove stubborn wrinkles and creases from fabric. The ability to adjust the steam settings according to the fabric type provides added convenience and control. Durability: The Panasonic Iron appears to be well-built and durable. It feels sturdy in hand and has shown no signs of wear or malfunction after multiple uses. This durability is essential, especially for individuals like my wife who engage in frequent quilting projects. Ease of Use: The iron's design and layout make it user-friendly. The buttons and controls are intuitively placed, and the iron glides smoothly over the fabric, making it easy to maneuver. Its lightweight nature also contributes to a comfortable and effortless ironing experience. While the price of the Panasonic Iron has increased since my initial purchase, I believe it is due to market demand rather than greed. The positive experiences shared by quilters and the improvements my wife has witnessed in her quilting process make it a worthwhile investment for anyone involved in such activities. In conclusion, the Panasonic Iron has proven to be a valuable addition to my wife's quilting toolkit. Its impressive performance, reliable steam functionality, durability, and overall ease of use have made a noticeable difference in the quality and efficiency of her quilting projects. If you can find it at a reasonable price, I highly recommend considering the Panasonic Iron for your quilting needs.

I bought this iron after my regular corded iron broke to try something new. The design and build quality are very good, and the storage case is very convenient. However, this iron is not very suitable for ironing clothes on a regular basis for the following three reasons. 1. Although it's nice not to deal with the cord, this iron loses too much heat. 2. The iron is also too light. Even with steam, it is difficult to get wrinkles out of heavier fabrics. 3. The surface is too small, therefore it takes forever to iron anything large, like a sheet or a large towel.
