Why it doesn't carry 7mm?

Has nothing to do with forcing you to buy one separately. There are 2 or 3 metric wrenches that are the exact same size as an SAE wrench or are close close enough to be interchangable Back in the day, manufacturers would leave out the one that is the same size in sets that include both SAE and Metric sizes. Don't know which one it is, not worth looking uo which one
