5 stars for strong "flavor." Makes you think you're taking strong medicine, but you're not. Still, the rather breathtaking vapors are an encouragement to take some deep breaths, which doesn't hurt when you're trying to clear your airway. Not so much like candy as other lozenges. Kinda expensive for just a few. Would prefer a larger-quantity – less cost-per-lozenge – buying option.

This is strong, and it works. The vapors alone help to clear my stuffy nose. Would recommend.

These are the best throat lozenges ever!! When I ordered them the second time, I rec’d a pkg that said Max, and not Severe. The pkg was also in Spanish, not English. They seemed to be the same when I used them. Buying more to have on hand for cold and flu season as they are hard to find in pharmacies.

This item works for a very dry, sore throat. It helps absorb and help you breathe for the tightness of your sinuses and your cough. It does a good job also another goodbye.
