Municipals NYC Subway car toy train wooden railway
The subway cars are excellent quality and work really well on wooden tracks (Brio, Thomas, etc). My son loves them and everyone who has gotten them as gifts loves them as well. They seem to be really durable. Probably more durable than the Thomas trains and cars.

like many 2 year old boys, our son loves all types of trains (and cars and trucks...) and this is no exception. Really well built, rolls on standard wooden tracks, our son has played with these for hours (we actually have 2 more).
