This is the first time I've ordered pumpkin seeds / pepitas online and am completely satisfied. They are very fresh (store-bought isn't always), and the taste is excellent. I've now had them raw in salads and added them to homemade protein bars and am so impressed with the quality that YUpik will be my go-to for ordering them in the future. These are salt-free so I don't worry about any salt-related issues, and they really don't need salt! I've been going salt-free for years now and don't miss it (much). The price is excellent for 2 pounds - I poured enough into a pint jar to last awhile on the shelf, then placed the original bag in the freezer to preserve its quality. These should last awhile, though I LOVE the taste and eat at least a handful every day. Highly recommend!!

Transferred package to jar. The quality of the seed is intact with no broken pieces, tasted fresh and the texture was the expected chewiness. I've purchased other edible seeds from this company and will be doing so in the future.

Great tasting even without the salt

Put these in my kale shake every morning! Pumpkin seeds are a nutrient-dense superfood packed with magnesium, zinc, iron, and fiber, promoting heart health, better sleep, and immune function. These seeds help regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation due to antioxidants, and support prostate and bladder health. They are also an excellent source of plant-based protein.

I am very pleased with this product. I use a quart-sized sealable glass square container and put several hand-fulls into it. Then I combine another couple hand-fulls of unsalted sunflower seeds. After this I combine several smaller hand-fulls of cranberry raisons, and a good shake of dry-roasted sunflower seeds and a shake or two of sesame seeds. I stir with a cinnamon stick and leave this in the container. I shake the container well after closing the four side-latches. These seeds contribute to a sensational blend of salad seeds that enhance the overall quality of every salad made. They add richness to specialized desserts and other entrees. I love these pumpkin seeds and highly recommend them. They were shipped quickly and in protected packaging. A serving is great for snacking even without a salad. It’s all “A”s on this one.
