I’ve used these cards for years with my girls whenever they, or our family were experiencing a rough patch. They are wonderful for giving kids the tools they need to self-regulate and manage their feelings on their own. Even my oldest daughter (now 14) still requests them when she’s stressed. This past summer, my girls were unfortunately survivors of the floods at their summer camp in Hunt, Texas. My youngest’s cabin was the youngest cabin to fully make it out alive, and all the girls were experiencing PTSD. I wrote to the owner of Imagine cards and she shipped these out to us in time for a cabin reunion we planned a few weeks after to help the girls heal. I’m sure a few were skeptical at first (as I was!) about whether these would work, but they have been a hit with so many of the girls in our cabin who were struggling with bedtime fears, hypervigilance, and anxiety. We are so grateful for the generous donation, and I truly can’t recommend these cards more strongly - they are beautiful and sturdy, an incredible tool for children of any age and will empower your child’s self confidence, self-esteem, resilience and more. Don’t hesitate - this and the mindfulness kit are both wonderful, and the tools you need to set your child up for success.

My four year old loves picking out a meditation every night. This is such a great addition to our nighttime routine. Really fun for kids. High quality cards.

I recently acquired these kids' meditation cards, and I'm truly impressed by their beauty and the positive impact they've had on my family. First and foremost, the design and messages on these cards are simply gorgeous. The artwork is visually appealing, and the messages are beautifully crafted to inspire children's minds, encouraging wonder and imagination. The combination of art and mindfulness is both engaging and thought-provoking. As a parent, I've found these cards to be a fantastic tool for fostering moments of peace and connection with my children. Sitting down with them to explore the cards has become a cherished activity in our household. It provides a space for us to vent, relax, and simply breathe together, promoting a sense of tranquility and togetherness. While my kids are a bit older now, aged 8 and 12, I can't help but wish I had discovered these cards sooner to introduce meditation and mindfulness into their lives. My son has ADHD and loves these. I read them right before bed and he says they help him go to sleep fast. I love the positive messages they give him, especially with ADHD he hears a lot of criticism from others on a daily basis, he really needs to hear these positive self affirmations. Love the stories, very creative.

I have to like something A LOT to review it. Received these today, ahead of expected delivery date! So happy to get them today, especially because we are in the midst of the Covid-19 semi-quarantine -- perfect timing for meditation cards! I am a therapist and work with kids and their families, and these will come in handy, even though we are doing Telehealth --screen sharing is a wonderful thing. These cards are gorgeous, well-made, and the meditations are well-written and so appropriate for children and teens -- and yes, adults too. Instructions are included for those who have not done meditations with kids before. Of course the price tag is higher than I normally spend on cards, but I don't begrudge that at all. They are well worth it. I look forward to more products from this company and from the creators, Meirav Tamir, Karin Brunetta, and Shaya Rijkmans. Very gifted individuals.

Overall, love them. My daughter said she wants to read them every night. We put on nature sounds/music to read to as well. They are slightly cringy at times though. One of the cards looks a little culty and reads a little culty in my opinion, though my husband disagrees. Will prob just toss that one. I hope they do another rendition of the cards and work on the wording a bit. I adjust some of the words and phrases to flow a little better and read more childlike instead of slightly adult and awkward. I know that wasn’t the intention but sometimes sounds weird like that! Just wish they had perfected the wording a bit more.

Got these for my 8 yr old to do before bed. My 6 yr old seems to enjoy them more. Must have a child willing to meditate in order for it to work because they need to stay focused for at least 5 min. Really cute cards

My son has a hard time falling asleep at night. Every night he asks me what he should dream about. This was a fun game to play for a while and I consider myself pretty creative, but he is now 8 and I have run out of creative stories. When I showed these to him, he immediately loved the pictures. Then we started the breathing exercises and he loved that too. We cycle through the cards and I feel that there are enough of them that they never really grow old. They lead to really good conversations between us and they definitely help calm his mind before bed. Sometimes he becomes so relaxed that he even falls asleep while I am still reading the card. I absolutely love them. They are not for everyone however, my husband does not seem to be a fan of reading these but if you are imaginative and willing to put the time in to actually doing the breathing and follow the story cues, you too, will love these!

Love these meditation cards and the children are loving them too. Highly recommend
