Is it good to use for small dos?

Yes. I have 2 small dogs and was recommended by our vet.

I bought some zymox ear cleanser and it makes the dog hair sticky and foamy when you try to clean it. does this product do the same?

No. I used this product for years to clean my bulldog's ears twice a week. Never sticky or foamy. Easy to use. Kept ear infections at bay!

What is the difference between aqueous flush and crystal flush?

You add water to the crystal flush!!

What's the difference between this and dechra trizultra + keto flush?

Dont know. My vet recommended Aqueous flush and it works.
