I mainly bought it for bloating, and I noticed my stomach feels less heavy after drinking it, especially after meals. Fast acting
If you’re looking for a fast acting detox tea this is the way to go. The tea is tasty and mixes well with honey. I did not follow the suggestions and drank a full cup on the first day. There was some slight cramping and discomfort for about three minutes around 30 minutes after finishing the cup and then I had to use the restroom. I will update in a few days on how it helps with bloating

Oh my goodness!!!! I LOVE THIS TEA!! I hate green tea with a passion. And I needed a tea that’s not nasty to help with my metabolism. And WOW THIS WORKS!!!! I drink a hot cup of this tea and a hibiscus tea bag every morning and I haven’t been working out for like two months and eating horrible but I haven’t gained any weight!!! It’s insane!
