It's very easy to put together, fix to the TV, and easy to fix to the wall (Though do be sure to use suitable fixings for the wall you've got). and has fixings included. It has provision for multiple different TV sizes, so will fit most, and re-using it won't be a problem, as it will outlast any TV. Once fitted, the bracket holds the TV firmly in place — both of mine are between 43" and 47" and fit perfectly. It comes with a variety of screws, though in one case I needed to use my own.
