Expensive but good quality ingredients. The tablets are very large, so if you struggle swallowing these are not for you. I buy as almost all ingredients in New Chapter supplements are organic, many as sustainably sourced, and use fermented media for increased absorption. I don’t worry about hidden added ingredients like other companies.

As I have aged, I've found that my pale skin on my hands and arms began to TEAR badly. I had tried the skin extra strength creams sold at pharmacies and I didn't see a difference. it was an accidental purchase from Whole Foods, but I wanted to try it. it shows a healthy difference, unlike most other separate vitamins I take. Below are my findings after the first use: I woke up rested. brain fog and feeling tired is gone even in the dark ny winter with no sun I feel more energetic and less depressed also after taking this I noticed the possible classification in my breast tissue gone disappear I am not sure if it was because of this but I noticed it was gone after taking this 12 days which I am planning to ask my doctor also the constipation is under control too when I get stressed sometimes get constipated but after taking this with stressors left and right i was regular and timely . so for those who are looking for something this is something i can vouch in . i am gonna try that Nordic Multivitamin which i initially wanted to purchase and got this instead and am planning to share my result with Nordic one too.

I've been using this brand for a number of years. Even though the pills are big, I like that I only have to take it once a day. Very high quality product and I recommend it.

Search hard for a vitamin c pill. This one is kind of big but it definitely gets the job done.
