Adequate for general use storing and transporting figures.
This surprised me when it arrived as it was not at all what I expected. I almost made a terrible mistake while unpacking it. The box inside the box that I thought was part of the packaging, was the actual box with the foam blocks in. It was only the white 'stitching' around the edges that made me stop and think for a moment. Now, having said that, I was a little disappointed as I had hoped the box would be a bit more rigid than it is. That's not to knock this product, more my expectations of what it was. The foam is soft enough to give and cushion a figure without being flimsy and floppy, so good protection for your figure collection. The box is moderately rigid and stackable, so you can pile a few on top of each other if needed. It's light enough that it doesn't add much weight to it's contents and strong enough to take a fair bit of weight. I'm not confident that this will stand up to the large collection of lead and white metal figures I've got, it just doesn't feel strong enough to maintain integrity with that much weight in it. But it will certainly handly plastic figures like those produced from most games companies these days. For my collection of metal, I think I may have to invest a bit more money and get one of the fabric based bags that may just take the weight. This is a good product, (if a tad overpriced in my opinion,) for what it is. It is sufficiently large that you can carry a fairly extensive army in this and as it is relatively small, it's absolutely ideal for storage and transportation as it has quite a small footprint. Unlike those hacking great 'artist case' like things from a certain games company, these are actually sensibly designed. For plastic figures, general use and transporting to wherever you game, this is perfect. Manageable size, good content space and strong enough for average use. If like me you have a large collection of lead, alloy and white metal figures, you might want to look at a different product. This will probably work for storage, and the foam packaging will keep figures safe, but I don't think that the design, or the handle will stand up to carrying that much weight, not for long anyway.

Good value, excellent product
I bought various of these ahead of moving house a couple of months ago for my Warhammer 40k Army. My minis are all in perfect condition despite being stored overnight and then transported in a top bag on my car's roof rack. The corrugated card is surprisingly tough and the foam inserts do their job brilliantly. Sure, they don't look much, but as long as you're not using these boxes as a seat, they'll keep your minis safe and sound.

Easily worth the £20 you’ll spend on it.
Ok, so for £20 this was absolutely worth its money. The box itself is really sturdy and ideal for storage. Lots of space for my minis to fit comfortably. Really liked the foam squares inside as well. They will one day become scenery. My only beef with it was the foam inserts inside. One of mine, the glue had not separated from the cube and when I did remove it, it split the base beneath it. Rendering 2 insert squares a bit broken.

Worth it
Perfect for storing figures rather than them being all over the place

Suits my needs perfectly
They say this fits 150 tall infantry figures, but if, like me, and you're a bit creative with the foam inserts, you can fit 300 25-28 mm figures into it, saving so much extra space and expense :-D The case is made of quite sturdy cardboard, with a nice carrying handle, and is very light, even when I'd filled it with almost my entire "Lock-down Collection" of figures, so I was VERY happy, as normally I'm left trying to carry two or three cases at once, but now I'm able to most of them into just one. The foam inserts can be cut up into thin strips (Approx 2-3 mm thick) and used to cover the upper part of one figure and another placed in the space above it in the slot, which for me was wonderful, and makes protecting your figures that little bit less of a scare :-) I even managed to squeeze some of my figures with wider bases into some of the slots, and when I took them out later, the foam just returned to its normal shape, without any distortion at all in shape. VERY nice, I must admit. All in all, for my own needs, this case is just superb. It's affordable, durable, lightweight, and fits so many of my figures that I don't need to struggle with carrying extra cases (And also keeps my swearing to a minimum while doing so :->). I will definitely be buying some more of these soon, as I'm now wondering how many of my "Giants" and 32 mm figures will fit into one (I'll experiment with my first case, then go from there). I highly recommend anyone looking for a good carry case to buy one or more of these, as I've seen one gamer friend use his to carry his huge Games Workshop models in, after cutting the foam to accommodate them, and he is just as happy with his cases as I am with the one I bought. I prefer this case to my old plastic ones, as the weight makes it so much easier to carry, doesn't batter my legs senseless if it bangs into me when I walk, and is easier to store due to its more compact size when not in use. All round, one of the best decisions/buys I've made in years, and one I intend to make again :-D

Great except torn in half?!
Great, except one of the trays has been inexplicably torn in half.
