Water resistant up to 50 meters, the bezel is black ion plated stainless steel with red accents and the hands are luminous so you can see them in low lighting or under water, a perfect addition to any sportsman's collection. In 1875, a young Czech immigrant named Joseph Bulova set up shop in New York City, and a legendary American watch brand was born. Bulova was trained as a jeweler, and his expertise carried over into his watchmaking career, which began around 1911 with boudoir clocks and pocket watches, and soon evolved to include what was then one of the latest and most fashionable technological innovations: the wristwatch. Bulova introduced its first line of wristwatches in 1919. The company grew and prospered, and soon early radio and television ads were declaring, "America runs on Bulova time." In the 1950s, continuing its legacy of innovation, Bulova introduced Accutron, the first electronic watch, and the first breakthrough in timekeeping technology in over 300 years. The Accutron timing mechanism was later adapted for use by NASA computers and a Bulova timer was even placed on the moon to control transmissions of data. Bulova timepieces have kept official time aboard Air Force One and have also served as official timepieces for U.S. Olympic teams. Today, Bulova maintains its tradition of excellence in technology and design, offering a diverse collection of beautiful precision timepieces for every occasion.

Quality, reliable and luxury on a watch
I’ve boghut this watch in 2015 and it has been the best invest that ive done in watches, i’ve use it at pools, beaches and rivers and it never has stop working, it has a really good looking. Highly recommended !

GREAT WATCH THAT LOOKS AND FEELS AMAZING
Great watch that I absolutely love! I will mention that I am not particularly detailed. The second hand does not match up with the dashes, it crosses in the middle and I read this review elsewhere. For me it's not a problem, but I can see how some people wouldn't like this. I wear my watches for quality and looks, and this has both.

Great watch great fit great price!
This watch is my new favorite! It is also my first with a rubber band. I used to think they made the watches look cheaper. But Bulova got it right! The watch face is larger but still a perfect fit for my wrist. The band is rubber so no links to remove and keeps it snug. The weight is good and feels strong. Movement is as expected. The colors are bold and compliment each other. It is a perfect everyday watch! I had my sons 7 year old friend as me if I was rich because of my watch! It is an eye catcher!! Enjoy and grab one.

Purchased as a Graduation Gift.
Attractive watch and very masculine. Shipping was super fast. I contacted the seller's customer service department with a question about how to properly set the watch and was helped immediately. Encouraging to receive this type of personal assistance in today's market place. The watch is a graduation gift and has not been given to the recipient yet so I cannot speak of an overall satisfaction rating but I have never been disappointed in a Bulova.

Maybe just a lemon
Watch quit working two months after I got it thought it was the battery it wasn't sending it back when I figure out who to send it to I wore it two three times ask me when I get it fixed what I think not to happy right at this time

Was Nice
Nice looking, accurate and worked good for a while.Update- March 2018I had this watch 1 year and 1 month. After 8 months the factory battery quit. I should have sent it back to Bulova immediately, my bad. Instead, avoiding the hassle, I had a factory authorized jeweler put in a fresh battery. That one lasted 5 months. Called Bulova repair, they wanted $72 plus shipping costs to repair a $126 watch ( the price I paid). So, I bought a Casio G-Shock as my main watch. It looks better and cost $16 over what Bulova wanted for a repair. I also bought tools on Amazon to remove and reset that obnoxious and user unfriendly "snap back" found on many newer watches. I'll replace my own batteries, pull the stem to power down, and use this watch for a backup. Bulova used to be my go to watch for years, now I'll shop around.

Nice watch but illumination can be better.
I bought this watch to supplement my other watches. I really like the coloring. It fits well, although I do have a small wrist....6.5 inches and I have to use the last notch. The 2nd to last notch is a bit lose and the watch tends to turn on my wrist so I have to use the last notch. I haven't used it underwater yet but I will be during the summer when I go to the beach and water parks. I'll update again if something goes wrong.The only thing I don't like it is that the numbers and markers, after leaving it under a light, or in the sunlight, doesn't stay illuminated very long. On dark nights, if there are no secondary lights around, or in my room at night, I can't see the time cause the illumination goes away. I wish that it stays illuminated longer. Maybe I need to keep it in the sunlight all day. Otherwise, I have no complaints on this watch.
