Can you turn the night light off? I have an easier time sleeping in darkness.

Yes, one short press of the button turns on the mist, a second short press changes the mist to intermittently come out, a third short press turns the mist off. One long press turns on the light, a second long press makes the light fade in and out. A third long press turns the light back off again.

Why does it say do NOT use distilled water?

This is a good question because I do love this product but over time a film has developed on the opening from the tap water. The hole where the most comes out is so fine and and I can’t get that little metal circle piece cleaned off properly. I’m not sure how to fix this issue. But it makes me sad!

The red light is on and there is not any vapour out？ How can i deal with it

The red light will be on as long as it is connected and switch (main source) is turned on. You just need to press the button on the humidifier to make it work for vapor and light.

It is not charge; it needs to be plugged in to operate. There is no rechargeable battery.
