Vibrant + Flavorful!
A little goes a long way! I used this for my protein shakes to make a red velvet cheesecake flavor and it did not disappoint! The color is vibrant and the flavor is spot on! I haven’t tried this in baked items yet, but it’s a great value for the money you pay. No leakage upon delivery, quality is great, and bottle size is as advertised!

Rich Red Velvet Flavor in a Convenient Bottle
This red velvet emulsion is a great way to add flavor to cakes, cupcakes, and frostings without the hassle of making it from scratch. A little goes a long way, and it mixes smoothly into batters or icings. Start with a small amount and add more if you need more flavor. For a typical cake I need only about 1-2tbsp (tablespoons)! Start with a small amount and taste as you go to get the perfect balance in your baked goods. Verdict: A convenient, high-quality emulsion that delivers rich red velvet flavor with minimal effort! Perfect for home bakers looking to save time while still achieving great taste. Great value for money, no alcohol content.

Great for Homemade Red Velvet Ice Cream
I used the red velvet emulsion to make red velvet ice cream and it made the flavor and color outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of flavor of this emulsion. I was also surprised that it contains a red coloring. I was making a Valentine's Day dessert and thought I would have to add food coloring but when I poured the emulsion into the measuring spoon it came out red. I made 1,5 quart keto-style ice cream in my Cuisinart ice cream maker and I will surly make it again as well as add it to other red velvet desserts.

Great product
The color and flavor was great, made Red Velvet Cake brownies. I'm not a fan of Red Velvet Cake but the emulsion didn't disappoint, family loved the outcome of the baked goods. I would recommend to other bakers. I'm going to keep in stocks to use for my next Red Velvet Cake order.

This extract can be used to make red velvet and black forest recipes
This product has a three to four ratio, so you will need to use three tablespoons of cocoa with four tablespoons of this product to produce a very rich red velvet batter. If you want more of a black forest cake batter, lower the ratio by adding more cocoa, less red velvet extract, and you can add dry or fresh cherries. This product is easy to work with, and I made red velvet cupcakes and a small birthday cake with it.

Delicious!
I absolutely LOVE this flavoring. You can't go wrong with LorAnn Oils Emulsions, and this is definitely one I will be continuing to order. It made my already pretty good cake TO DIE FOR. I have also used it in cookies and everybody that has tried them wants my secret recipe. I used it with a red velvet cake mix when I was too lazy to bake from scratch and it made it taste like it was from scratch. I also used it in a red velvet cheese ball...using cream cheese, red velvet cake mix (yes just the dry mix), some LorAnn Vanilla and this...oh my goodness it was delicious! Red Velvet Cheese Ball Recipe: Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature ½ cup butter, at room temperature 1½ cups red velvet cake mix, dry ½ cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons brown sugar ½ cup mini chocolate chips assorted cookies and crackers (my favorite was Vanilla Wafers) Instructions In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in the red velvet cake mix, the powdered sugar and the brown sugar. Beat until smooth and combined. Turn the mixture out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Put the chocolate chips on a plate or in a shallow dish. Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap. Roll in the chocolate chips. (This might get messy!) Place on a serving plate and serve with cookies or graham crackers.

Where’s the flavor
It doesn’t taste like cake at all, it’s basically just sweetish tasting food coloring. Maybe I mistook what the product was supposed to be…

This is the only Red Velvet flavour that is worth buying, even though it takes awhile to ship I am thrilled everytime it pops into the postbox. The colour and flavour of the cakes when using this is a true red velvet flavour strong and beautifully coloured. (Make sure to use American recipes as the UK ones are not good). The bottle size is more than enough for quite a few cakes as quality is excellent. One item worth mentioning is the fact that you should order this well ahead of time as it takes some time to get to the UK.
