I’m 53 and thought it was just part of aging and stress to have stomach issues. I learned how important iodine is from the wonderful Barbara O’Neil. I took it religiously everyday. It worked!! I haven’t had a problem since with coffee or any nausea. Look into it. And go ahead and order it!

One of my favorite products.

I gave this four stars because the eyedropper was broken. The product is great, but the packaging was poor. The bottle of iodine was properly sealed, however, the eyedropper was in the same small plastic bag without any bubble wrap/protection to keep it from getting smashed by the bottle of iodine. It was in a small box that Amazon thew into a plastic bag for shipping. If the Dr. Clark Store is going to ship items, then they need to go the extra step to make sure everything they send is pre-packaged properly for mailing. Amazon's efforts to cut back on shipping likely result in more returned damaged goods than it is worth.

I’ve been on a mission to cleanse my body of toxins. I’ve been using black seed oil and fermented skate fish liver oil and saw tremendous progress. While doing research, I found that most people with a western diet are iodine deficient, and that’s what’s a main cause for being unhealthy. I ordered my iodine and decided to use two drops per bottle of water I drink. The same night I started drinking it I felt light headed, chills and felt slight pain in my stomach. I only drank half of that bottle. The morning after I found myself feeling refreshed and clean. I drank the rest of the bottle of water and noticed that the fog that always crowded my mind was gone. I had such clarity. Over the next few days I noticed that my sleep had become deeper and more satisfying. I work overnights, and sleep during the day is almost impossible for me. I think this is the most incredible benefit for me. I am curious to see if it will help with my autoimmune disease, though. Most, if not all, autoimmune diseases are linked to thyroid problems. I’ve read that iodine helps resolve these problems. I think iodine has begun to help with my autoimmune disease because I am no longer sluggish. I have incredible amounts of energy and motivation to accomplish EVERYTHING on my to do lost. I have not felt this healthy since I was a young child and I cannot believe that this is practically being denied to us in the western culture. I highly recommend incorporating this into your diet, even if you do eat foods high in iodine.

This Lugols Iodine is both a stomach saver and a life saver! I cannot tell you how many times I have finished a meal and started feeling nauseous... And I eat rather healthy. But Anytime I feel it coming on, I put a dropper full of the iodine solution into a glass of [purified] water, and the nausea is gone within 30 minutes of drinking it! This gives credence to Hulda Clark's theory that bacteria overgrowth, in the food, is commonly the cause of an upset stomach. I have also used this solution for "sun poisoning" symptoms when I got too much sun exposure. Iodine is historically a treatment protocol for radiation poisoning. Thank You Dr. Clark for your wisdom!

After studying, I find this an easy way to supplement Iodine.

Really as good as a antiseptic, strange sore s that doesn't clear could end up as an infection, iodine works on everything BUT I WOULDN'T PUT NEAR KIDS I DOUBT SEE YOUR DOCTOR NU

Makes a difference after a week or two especially when your body is thirsty of Iode
