MASTERCANOPY 10x10 Durable Pop Up Canopy Tent with 1 Sidewall, White

Despite what you see in the pix, it's a sturdy beast and WAS great cover for our Colmean Saluspa (also an awesome value). I'm in the pacific northwest and this thing made it through some of the biggest storms we've had in years. The sand bags are clutch. It's super easy to set up, even at 10x10 you can do it alone with a bit of back-and-forth pulling the sides. Not as heavy as it might seem. Alas, he collapsed under the weight of a big dump of snow (and eventually ice) overnight, even after I clean it off before bed. Guess i should have set an alarm, or taken it down. No fault to mastercanopy for sure. There's only so much these things can handle. Strong winds: yes. Massive snow and ice: no. Even after all the broken and cracked frame was pulled down and trashed, the top material wasnt even ripped, so i'll be getting a new one and now i have a back-up top.

Hi! The set up of the canopy tent was pretty straight forward. It looks good once fully assembled. The take down was easy too, but I can’t fit the canopy back in the carrying case along with the frame without some difficulty. I find it easier to just leave canopy out and store it in a very large plastic ziplock bag.

Was easy to out up and take down. Blocked the sun mite with the extra side attached. I love that it has the velcro so you can move it from side to side as the sun moves if needed.

It was screwed down to blocks of wood... the blocks of wood were staked into the ground. I used my own heavier ropes to tie down the top, criss-cross to stakes on each side and two on a diagonal off the back. Ballast weights were added to the front legs. Speaking of ballast bags, each one has two pockets you can fill with sand or gravel and velcro closed. One side of one of the bags could not be used because the velcro was not sewed on male to female... it was all sewed the same so it would not seal closed. Had the tent set up from a Tuesday afternoon to a Sunday night and it stormed hard, Tuesday night, Wednesday night, and Sunday afternoon... the tent stayed in one piece without damage. Other similar tents nearby were destroyed. We left the velcro ties on the roof unattached which let the wind bellow the roof up/down without pulling the roof supports rails inside out. On the other hand, it also allowed water to collect onto the roof and pull in one end, but we were there to deal with it immediately. I think it's a good value for the money and held up well under really bad conditions. Taking off a star for the defective ballast bag.

Updated with response from seller regarding why this is not waterproof in the rain: "As for the leaking issue. We have double confirmed the issue with our factory. She told us, the fabric is waterpoof, but the reason why it leaks is that the waterproof pressure of this fabric is not enough due to the rain for a long time, we recommend that you do not use it for a long time under rain or other inclement weather." To be clear, we did not incur heavy rain, just a nice steady summer rain....but we all got soaked. SOAKED At first I just put a simple review of "leaks and poor quality." But after trying to get a refund after returning this item, I feel I need to write a bit more to warn other buyers. So we purchased this canopy to replace our old one. (That one had held up for about 18 years. Amazing quality there. ) My husband and I looked at a lot of reviews and chose this one. We use it for craft shows, swim meets, etc. We needed this now for craft shows, got it and set it up, and let me tell you.....wow....boy, did it leak. First, it leaks from all of the "heat sealed" seams. Rain came through - not a storm, but a good steady rain. No high winds. We were soaked, and we lost some art products that we had hand painted because they got wet. Our signage was soaked and got destroyed. We ran and found some clear plastic and tried to salvage what we could. Second, they added "drain holes" around the edges of the canopy yet it is described on the listing as "100% water resistant." Nope. So the seams all leak and they added holes around the edges so you can't find a dry spot to stand. Third, the canopy fabric is supposed to be lined silver and help with the sun. Nope to that too. It's very thin material, is not lined, and it doesn't help with the sun's hot rays. This would not be good for the summer or a swim meet. Fourth, the canopy attaches to the frame with very thin,cheap strips of Velcro. Some of these were not sewn well and ripped off the canopy when trying to open them for install. So the Velcro sticks to itself but rips right off the canopy fabric. Also, please note that the metal frame is a thin metal, poor quality. I will say it did set up easily with the single button in the center. I did like that idea. Lastly, I have returned the item and received the UPS tracking number. I have been in touch via email through Amazon with Master Canopy and they still have yet to process a refund. Sorry for the long review. Mine are usually short and sweet and usually praises for what I purchase. This was a horrible experience and this is a poor quality product.

This is a great pop-up canopy. Strong. I would recommend it!

Product arrived with one week. Nice quality. Easy to set up and tear down (once I read the directions).

This is nice,we like the red button feature,our other 1 was different. The black is a nice jet black that matches our black in our camper perfectly. I only wish this cane in 12×12. Its gonna work though for our picnic table fine but we like to put our e- bikes in there too on 1 side when it rains. Hopefully they fit. Looks good quality Haven't used it yet.

Für jeden einfach auf und abzubauen! Wenn man kein festes Pavillon möchte, ist dies eine super Sache! Allerdings bei einem starken Wind sehr wackelig, da nützen auch die Sandsäcke nix! Aber da es ja in 3-5min wieder zusammen gefaltet ist, ist dies kein Problem! Unter den Pavillon passen 2 Bierzeltgarnituren 1,80m lang (4Bänke und 2 Tische)

It does what I bought it for... keep the sun out.. and keeps the rain out... perfect size 8x8...

Wir haben uns das dunkelgraue 3x3 Pavillon im Juli 22 bestellt. Es war jetzt 6 Monate lang eine dauerhaft aufgebaute Übergangslösung. Das Gestell war für die gesamte Zeit mit Schrauben in den Zwischenfugen der Pflastersteine festgeschraubt. Es hat die Standzeit ohne Rost und Lackabplatzer (außer an den Bodenfüßen) überstanden. Einzig die roten Plastik Stopper zum einstellen sind etwas ausgeblichen. Mechanik funktioniert tadellos. Das Zelt selber haben wir am Anfang bei jedem Windhauch abgebaut (geht sogar mit einer Person) so das sich an den Inneren nähten das Regenband zügig gelöst hatte! Dadurch hatte es leider bei Regen minimal rein getropft – war jetzt aber auch nicht schlimm. Später haben wir es auch bei stärkeren Windböen stehen gelassen was es gut weg gesteckt hatte. Regen ist gut abgelaufen. Schnee habe wir abgeklopft. Was man allerdings nicht machen sollte – wenn das Dach gefroren ist dagegen schlagen! Dabei entstand leider ein 20 cm Riss. Leider sind keine Reparatur Flicken enthalte . Habe selbstklebende Neilion Streifen online bestellt – jetzt passt es wieder. Der graue Stoff ist in den 6 Monaten minimal ausgeblichen was wir ok finden da es ja er nicht zur dauerhaften Nutzung gedacht ist. Das mitgelieferten Seitenteil passt und ist stabil. Der Zusammenbau war einfach – jedoch hab ich es bisher nicht geschafft die Plane wieder in die Verpackung zu bekommen! Fazit – Qualität passt für Partyzelt, Festivals, Camping Vorzelt usw. (Nicht vergessen am Boden zu sichern!)
