This is very effective and lasts well. Previously sprayed parts of house walls to remove algae and moss and two years later it's not returned. Didn't have sufficient last time to complete the job and there's a clear demarcation line where I ran out. Better to make a saving and buy concentrate than premixed.

I was hesitant buying this after reading the other review, but thought I would give it a go. Very glad I did. We had heavy liverwort coverage on a damp area of driveway - this killed it after 1 application.You do need the area to be pretty dry for a few days beforehand, and for a day after (not a common occurrence here in Northern Ireland!) so the chemicals are absorbed by the 'thirsty' liverwort.After a couple days the liverwort was dead - it doesn't remove it, you would have to scrape it away or wait for it to rot to nothing.

Had worked well on my drive to remove green algae

We had the usual algae build up on our limestone patio and had not really had much success with non-acidic cleaners. However, this has worked very well. It’s a little shocking at first as the algae dies back to an orange colour and for a moment you think you might have created a disaster. However, the orange colour quickly fades back and then with a good hose down and brushing with a hard bristle broom with have a very clean patio.Flushed with success on the patio we tried it on the block work paving at the front of the house and it seems to have dealt with the moss in the joints.A great all round success.

Used on a shady block driveway. Had used a wire brush and hose a few days before to attack the worst, but lots of algae still present and in places I couldn’t brush. Was going to use a pump spray to apply but it was faulty so I used a watering can instead. Wore a respirator, gloves and safety goggles for mixing and dispensing as always careful with chemicals. Smelt quite strong, and perhaps the can was less accurate than a spray, but all the green has gone and the drive looks brilliant. We’d had a few dry days both before and after so optimum conditions. Will report in due course on how long it lasts. It’s been incredibly successful and cost me £15.95 when a contractor quoted me £80.

Product was great value as it is concentrated so goes for a long time. Alfie and moss removed with ease
