I have waited to write a review till I used this Several times! I couldn’t be happier to find one that actually works! Don’t be discouraged after the first time you use it! I will say I used it once a week, and after the third time, there was a major reduction of hair growing back. Remember, that after the hair follicles die, they still need to work their way out. So you will feel stubble, that doesn’t mean it didn’t work! You must be consistent using it! The cool shot is amazing. The auto flash is fast, so it’s quick and easy. I also love the skin rejuvenate light! It’s currently really helping with the hyperpigmentation from old acne spots. Also remember the spots may get darker at first, but then they will fade away about 2 weeks later! For that alone I feel this was worth the buy! The acne light seems to be helping my daughter. I have not used that on myself. I’m happy I made this purchase, I was skeptical at first because I’m a licensed cosmetologist and do medical aesthetics. So I’m very familiar with IPL. I was pleased with the home strength of the product. The box is great, I will always be able to store it neatly. The only drawback I found was I wish the cord on the base was longer. I didn’t have any problem with the cord being loose as other reviewers stated. I also should say that I have pale skin and light brown/dark blond hair. I would recommend this IPL to anyone that fits the criteria for it. I wasn’t offered a special promotion to buy this product. I researched a bunch of them, and I am pleased I decided on this one!

A friend suggested that I should get this product and have a try. I finished the first treatment and I can see that the hairs are coming back slowly, so I think it is working! Wow! I will keep using it and see what will happen after the suggested 12 weeks! This home laser hair removal system is easy to use, and it works fast with automatic flash. I can easily finish the treatment for my lower legs and underarm hair in few minutes! This is perfect! It comes with 3 lamps with different settings: 1 for hair removal, 1 for skin rejuvenation and 1 for acne. Recently, I tried the hair removal setting. It was so comfortable that I could barely feel any pain in the ice cool mode. I have a Fitzpatrick III skin type, and this product is very suitable for me and my skin is not sensitive after treatments. This was a good investment and it looks like the treatment I received at the salon! It was even better because it came with a 2 year warranty. It is so great that I can do this from the convenience of home!

Like some people, I was skeptical about buying a home use laser hair removal system. I did a lot of research and settled on this one, choosing it due to decent reviews--and not just here on Amazon. I was also looking for a quality but economical system that was easy to use and compatible to different skin types. I wasn't looking for a miracle so had low expectations. During the first few weeks of using it, I saw zero hair reduction and was getting frustrated, but stuck with it. The patience paid off because after several more weeks, I started to see gradual reduction and eventually hair not growing back in some areas. The only problem I encountered was the glasses, which broke in the middle--probably because of the folding at that section and frequent use--not sure. If that hadn't happened, I probably would've given this 5 stars because its a good hair removal system and does work.

I love unlimited flashes. The product is not cordless which is fine. Just wish it was a little longer. The device is a little bulky for crevices. The machine has a fan to prevent overheating. The ice tip is a nice feature but not needed as the highest level is not painful. I like the auto flash so you don't have to hit the button each time. I found as you laser the machine will adjust the level of intensity. Requires patience because the machine will time out for about 3 minutes then you can resume. Best to do in sections. Difficult to complete all at once. Not sure if the machine does this to keep the ice tip cold or to prevent overheating? This beats paying the price for laser hair removal that I've done in the past. Wish the intensity was stronger for the price paid. But you will smell mild hair burning. Shave before using.

I received this at the end of March. It worked, and it seemed to help, or at least slowed down the hair growth. It said they have unlimited flashes. Last week as I was using this device I got the error message that I had used 134 flashes of the 134 flashes I had. Because they are in China I can't even send them a email. If you look at their website they don't even have contact information on that site. Amazon should display the owners manual to look at prior to buying. They would at least show you the contact number is listed as a number in China, the email address is in China. I have had 3 problems with electronics I have purchased on Amazon. Those Companies are all based in China. This review also goes against Amazon. Why will they not display the company information so you know you are buying a foreign product that won't honor the 2 year guarantee. When I finally gave up on trying to contact the company and contacted Amazon I was told I could send it back but I need to pay a $50 restocking fee. Restocking fee? It is garbage. Buyer beware, Amazon's site shows this product is now unavailable. But they will soon have one to ship to someone. All the Amazon rep would tell me is you need to contact Deess. I probably told her 20 times that I can't contact that company. I will in the future never buy any type of electronics, or garden equipment off Amazon. It is not worth it.

I was doing 3 areas of my body and it was working amazingly. Had to stop as I got pregnant, but I can’t wait to start it again!!

El botón de disparo no funcionó, después de muchos intentos solo tiró un par de disparos. Así que tendré que devolverla. Espero al menos la experiencia de devolución sea buena.
