was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this coffee spice mix is. The taste is rich and well-balanced. The blend of hawaij, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom creates a warm, comforting spice profile that transforms any cup of coffee into something special. I sprinkle this right into the grounds before brewing and it helps with acidity. Coffee just tastes smoother, plus I like the subtle spices. Great price, lasts for awhile.

I bought this after ChatGPT suggested trying something new to improve my boring coffee. It says a little of htis will get it something close to a Yemeni-style coffee experience, and I’m glad I did. A tiny amount goes a long way, seriously, so don’t dump it in like cinnamon sugar. It adds a really nice spicy warmth from the cardamom, ginger, and cloves without overpowering the coffee itself, and it makes plain coffee feel a lot more interesting. I’ve been using it regularly and still haven’t made a dent in the container. If you like bold, spiced flavors in your coffee, this is an easy win, just use a light hand. Barely cover the tip of the spoon, put that in my moka pot with the grounds.

I ordered this on a whim and have been pleasantly surprised. I actually like it! I'm not a coffee "purist" but I do drink mine without cream or sugar added. I never thought I would like a flavor to be added, but this is actually nice and subtle. It doesn't add as much flavor as it does smell, but it seems to cut the bitterness of a dark roast. But then I add just a dash to mine. You may find you want more. It is nice for the occasional change. I'll buy it again, but it will take me a LONG time to get through the 4+ ounce container.

A friend recently mentioned how she really enjoyed adding a Hawaij spice blend to her coffee and so I was intrigued to give it a try as well. It is absolutely delicious! A dash of this spice blend to your coffee is much more flavorful and balanced than the standard pumpkin spice coffees out there. I have also added this to hot tea, oatmeal and hot chocolate. You can add to the coffee grinds before brewing, or sprinkle a little directly to your cup (a little goes a looong way). This spice blend is also beneficial to boosting warmth to the body in following Ayurveda energy. I chose this brand because of the simple clean ingredients list that are also non-GMO. Also, because you get a good amount of product at a fair price.

I love this stuff. I put two shakes in my French Press with the grounds. Finis. Perfect for adding some depth and interest to your pot of coffee. I even bought a few extra as stocking-stuffers for adult family members this year. Love it!

I purchased this spice mix having noted the many top ratings, so perhaps I had too high an expectation. The taste is nothing different from other similar products. Notably, the cinnamon and cardamom flavours are timid compared to other included ingredients - although they need to be the prominent ones with coffee in particular. The price is on the high side consequently.
